The value will go up in 2021 if they will allow the new entity to brew. It may be the case, however the probability for entity like NapsterMvr to get swallowed is much higher.

MrZ is still engaged. He will get more that few birds if he decide to go ahead. 50p will result in £1.1B....half of what they paid for Oculus.

Spotify Market value ~ 48B USD. if we compare premium 3M to Spotify Premium 90M that is 1 over 30. Thus 1 over 30 of 48B is 1.6B USD. That divided by 2.2B shares gives us 72 cents or 54p. Do the same calculation based on Napster 1M active users and we get 17p. Add to that MVR, JG, Live music, library music, subscription model and the strong desire of MrZ to get a place on the music podium...50p is not a far fetched proposition.
