MrH, the outcome of the RTO is for MVR to own Napster in its entirety. Do we have any doubt that this will be the case or the deal as it was described in the RNS prior to suspension will not go ahead...

Whether we resume trading before LG or after the SP will adjust to any news accordingly, hence the actual D date of trading is inconsequential to the value of the SP on that date. AIMO and GLA.

MrH, if I’m not mistaken and based on the latest fund raising we can expect 2.2B shares in circulation when trading resumes, hence 10p will set market cap to £220m. When JG exercised part of his option we had 700m shares less than what is currently expected. 15p this side of year will be very good consolidation in preparation for 2021...can’t wait for the coming RNS...GLA
