The future is not bright LF. Read feedback published in glassdoor to understand how AM runs this company to the ground. Even if we discount 99% the residual is damaging enough. As some folks mentioned before, he is a technician without a vision and judging by the SP will be seriously out of pocket if he is allowed to continue at the realm. He can’t managed 2 people let alone 200 strong folks on the payroll. What a fiasco.

SP after suspension should have been (combined old mvr plus Napster @$70m) around 5.8p before latest dilution. Something is very broken with MVR management if SP is close to half of this valuation.

The concern is the following "I suggest to you that Napster has been "given" to Matchet and Han**** to build a platform..."
Without Napster MVR would be values at 1p around £25m. Add Napster 2p around £50m and we get close to the current SP.
I think that Napster future prospects are discounted due to AM track record. If he has a vision it is not been broadcasted. No one needs to guess what is his strategy as to how to grow Naspter and other potential offerings. Now the workforce (old mvr + Naspter) is close to 200 employees. this is an army what are they focusing on? AM unfortunately is not helping.
Mel talks about Arden discussing the so called potential with MM....this must be the joke of 2021. much simple for AM to do the basic or move aside and let someone else take this company forward.

More then valid question. Unfortunately AM & Co are not communicating enough. Undoubtedly they have a plan of launching a platform that will combine all offerings under one subscription. We are likely to wait for another visit by the 3 wise men before that happens.

Hey BadBat, I think the SP will double if he left. He has taken this company to the best of his ability and that was few years ago. I doubt I’d the RTO was his initiative. Frankly being at the realm for such long time is unlikely good outcome for the LTH. IMO.

...and for this survey they need to keep 80 plus folks on the payroll.
