My point was more while there might be certain things they could (maybe) do (i still dont think its as easy as hinted), they will not because that reputational damage is permenant with that sort of thing...they might take the company private but it will atleast look fair(ish) on paper...they will not just walk away with assets for nothing

Being took private is the biggest worry I see...it won't be for nothing and I think I'll still profit but will take those real big long term gains away...I understand usernames concerns but the business wouldn't even try to act in this way as they'll have future requirements for debt and possibly an inclination to relist elsewhere at a later date, they wouldn't burn their bridges in that fashion. Tbh honest if I were evr I'd be thinking of buying the free float out currently...historically low sp and historically high profits...no brained if they could get it through the regulators and I feel currently they wouldn't offer too much resistance if they could get away with it

It would also benefit majority holders to say **** off everyone else were cancelling your shares...have a good day...but again its not as easy that or everyone would be at it

Usernames, it can't be done the way you are saying, understand what your saying but you cant just remove assets from a company with no financial reimbursement...it would be law suit City if they did that
