A reply i just received from investor relations....doesn't say much but someone might find it interesting

Kindly note that EVRAZ plc (the “EPLC”) is in discussions with the UK authorities about its current status following the announcement of the UK sanctions against Mr. Abramovich.



EPLC provided the Office of Financial Sanctions Implementation (the “OFSI”) and the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office (the “FCDO”) with detailed and expanded explanations and documents supporting position of EPLC and officially expressed its readiness to immediately start consultations with relevant regulators or circulate additional clarifications as soon as OFSI and FCDO become familiar with the submitted documents. First clarifications were provided by EPLC to OFSI on 11 March 2022 on the next day of Mr. Abramovich’s designation.

For the time being EPLC is also preparing official reply to number of questions raised by the Financial Conduct Authority related to suspension of trading of EPLC’s shares on the London Stock Exchange.



Once the listing of EVRAZ is restored funds and indexes can adjust EVRAZ share price to reflect the RASP value.

Poly looking at splitting the share into Russian and non Russian assets...I wonder if that's something we could look at. I've no idea but worth a question for peoples opinion

Our lawyers dont need to get involved yet, no ones made a move, suspension isnt really even an inconvenience for the company, just for us...i bet the lawyers will be involved if they try to go any further though

If its as cut and dry as you think why aren't we sanctioned and delisted? You say the government don't need to prove their claims but they do or they'll be walking into an almighty lawsuit that costs them a lot of money....and they won't do that, they want us to just stay quiet till the wars done and we don't want to spend money battling in court...everyone will do nothing for a month or so and then we'll be unsuspended

I agree with point 2 and 4...if we're proven to have a concert party then yes sanctioned...access to debt also if the war is protracted...point 1 can only happen if point 2 does so they're basically the same point...the raven thing...I just don't think so...its like comparing a cat to a tiger

But again we aren't sanctioned as there is no proof of that claim and the xompany has officially rejected it as false..what's your argument the Russian holders or the steel for tanks...you seem to have moved from one to the other
