Lets just say an offer is put forward and for SH to vote on....and enough SH agree to the offer and then RNS come out to that effect....from that point how long would it be before your shares are bought and you get the funds at the agreed SP?

Dear Lloyd
I am conscious of the current share price and the difficult volatile markets that are being experienced by many micro cap companies, particularly those heavily impacted by sector sentiment. However, I am afraid one thing the board have absolutely no control over is the share price. They are however, like me, also very conscious of it and are progressing things as quickly as possible.
In the meantime, I would have hoped that the company’s interim results, released on 20 December 2022, provided a good summary of where the company is at and the substantial progress that has been made. I am afraid aspects of the company’s business, such as the Sandbox application, involve a process with regulatory authorities who take a very dim view on companies providing a running commentary whilst the process is ongoing, so this is not something we can do.
In simple terms we are very aware of the market’s desire for further news and additional announcements will be made as soon as appropriate.
Kind regards
Tim

..regard today's **** show!! .......someone actually has a very good feeling about this and in fact has instructed a broker to buy a lot of stock at a lower price. MM's push down the price to fill the order (so I have been lead to believe) or even rattle holders into selling and snap up their shares (Tree Shake) I wouldn't be surprised once the order is filled we will either see a large buy order pop up, no doubt after trading hours or even, if its really big a TR1 via RNS. Once done then normal service is resumed......and we all carry on waiting!! :(
So practically bu@@er all shares sold today and SP drops.... thats market sentiment for you or in this case a lack of it.
Sorry but F##k patience - how soft is this launch.... squidgy as f##K!!!! FCA application is just one a many things going on...may as well park that for a while it take ages and many companies are going for authorization. I want to hear about all "the hard work, going on!" as announced in last interview.......so lets hear about it FFS :(
So seems like such a long time ago since stock market closed, opening tomorrow, bright and breezy anyone care to share their gut feeling of what to expect
Just received an email offering me quite an incentive to take a annual cinema pass, which suggests to me that they have plans to be around for quite awhile to the point where they are marketing
??
Shame Cineworld are not in these countries according to a quick google search: ....."Cineworld operates in 10 countries - in the United States, Great Britain, Poland, Ireland, Israel, the Czech Republic, Bulgaria, Romania, Hungary and Slovakia"
SP loos to me like it is being pushed down probably NOT due to a massive sell off as we appear to be very BLUE this morning....a lot of buying going on. IMO MMs are setting the bar low to fill an order...which i bloody hate...one rule for us and no bloody rules for some others
**** off twunt

Look closely it clearly says USD (American dollars which means anything smaller than $1 is in cents) I don’t know or care what it actually is in English sterling p as the exchange rate fluctuates, but that is what you have to convert with
