Unless you involved in trading this to make short term games, it really doesn’t bloody matter what the share price does. What should be important to you? Is how many shares you hold at the time of a deal announcement. The market cap and thus SP - any amount of money your shares are valued in a deal announcement is the simple Calculation that needs to be born in mind. If we get a deal with a very very large amount of money that number or somewhere close is divided by the number of shares in issue and that’s it… Obviously, however, you get a hell of a lot more shares the cheaper the share prices at the moment so if you’re lucky enough to top up or get lower than this price then fair play to you I’m gonna try

Earlier today I received a corporate action message that the company is changing name

ImmuPharma PLC (LSE: IMM), a specialty biopharmaceutical company that discovers and develops peptide-based therapeutics, today announces the filing of a groundbreaking new patent application for its lead asset P140, the world's first "Immunormalizer." The patent application which provides the potential for 20 years of commercial exclusivity, discloses a novel diagnostic test and precision treatment approach, identifying a subpopulation of patients with Type M immune disorder that are P140 super-responders. This approach can be used to treat up to 50 autoimmune diseases ("AutoIDs"), representing a major step forward in precision medicine.

Fantastic news and lots of it all in one hit plenty of sellers but a hell of a lot more buyers this morning practically a sea of blue so what the actual hell is going on with this SP?

In a crowded market space being AI technology do we feel this company is well positioned?

Any sensible gut feeling idea of growth imminent and long-term – they certainly have been extremely busy in the last six months?

so i’ve looked at rough diamond prices which suggest a certain price level so to take the **** i adjusted this by over half that at $150 per carat average. that’s £13m what would that do to the market cap?

This is one of these companies and shares that at this stage will only really do anything based on news. Good news or anticipation of good news or even a leak then the share price will go up and it will go up hard and fast. Bad news, obviously the opposite no point talking about that… So in the meantime, we’re only at day 62 or something Of FDA consideration so money may well have moved out of this to go and play elsewhere in the stock market only to come back at the appropriate time
