Honestly expected more from SP here, this is good news (RNS), and further example of good and regular communication from the board, sometime lacking with many PLCs.

Cant trade, there have been no trades (at all!) this morning following the bell. All very quiet...............

There is a lot of talk on here about SP exploding potential yet the SP is just hovering.....why does every one think its going anywhere until some actual news is released?? If people wanted to get in on this then they would have by now and if there was a surge of new interest to get in to take advantage of a potentially escalating SP...then why is there so little trading activity this morning - reflected in the stagnant SP movement........

I would imagine the consideration for change of control is very similar to a new authorisation request?

Anyone know how long authorisation could take?

1.7 million shares equates to around about £24,000 not exactly a problem probably just somebody cashing in for a Porsche deposit for a house just about anything little

If it was 170 million shares then, yeah that would be a bit of an eye-opener

I lost 90% of my pension and ISA. When this company didn’t come up with the result, everybody thought they would. I’ve just checked back in and I see it got even worse.

I really can’t be bothered to research what this company is up to now, but can anybody give me in just a few words reason to invest back in?? Any chance somebody’s gonna buy these idiots out?

I agree, the RNS for bad news, or even a further delay would take about half an hour to write an even less time for compliance checks. They would just bang it in. However, good news probably comes with quite a lot involved and to talk about of which a large proportion of it would need to be conveyed to shareholders, I am optimistic for some good news early part of this coming week
