I don’t know why they can’t just move forward collaboratively. Give boohoo a seat or two on the board. It could make both businesses more in the short and longer term. This whole squabble needs to be ironed out before the next meeting. On the other hand I do agree that 3% remuneration is high, but boohoo aren’t exactly well placed to pass judgement on that.

I would like to think they could hold constructive conversations between now and then. I would also imagine boohoo would increase their positions over the amount held by the board.
