They only need to give written notice if the shares are being issued early AHS. Otherwise it’s issued end of the week at the average SP of the previous 5 trading days.

Personally I don’t think it’s a mistake, they over moved that website over to another domain name by the looks of it which something is happening with angrafx.com domain

Nothing has changed on that website, maybe they are replacing it all together.

That website was so hush hush when I found that, I even got a call from Chris when I emailed them about it. They at first said they only have one Angra fx website, then when I sent them the pictures and said I’ll report the website to the FCA Chris called me and then someone owned up in the background that it was there’s.

I’m afraid to say the website looks the same to me. But that doesn’t mean there isn’t developments happening, we know we weren’t ment to see the Angrabeta website and I feel we will hear some news on that very soon.

You have also got to remember he is damaging his own shares if he sells too much as he risks causing more dilution end of next week if he drops the share price which will hit him hard on his 100millipn shares.

Let’s be honest as well, when the massive news comes we don’t want garies with 100million shares to weigh it down! It’s better for us that he takes his time.

No idea but he has a lot of shares and has been offloading at all liquidity point through out the last year. You have to remember he has 100millipn shares and he’s being pretty smart about it. If he was to sell all in one massive swoop he would decimate any rise in SP he’s been able to sell over 20million shares and the sp has still risen from 0.65 to 1.37. He could easily have sold more but clearly wants to allow at the SP to remain steady and is in no hurry to offload all. Maxing his gains, he will likely continue to gradually sell while allowing the sp to remain steady. I don’t think it has anything to do with news coming. The market is merely offering him an opportunity to sell while not hurting the share price too much.
