They only have to be given 7 days notice is we are issuing the shares early. Otherwise it will be 5 days prior to Friday which starts today

It certainly will, might have to wait til the afternoon session but I feel people may take positions then for next week. As of now the market can start to work out what the semnet shares issue price will be based on end of day closes. Looks like it’s going to be minimal dilution imho

It’s very clear now I was completely wrong about the semnet shares though. The company clearly want the SP to be as high as possible to minimise dilution.
