If they have applied for control to the FCA, then they would have contractually agreed to the purchase of EasySend, EasySend is currently under an Option to purchase and confirmation of that would have happened on the 30th if they went ahead. If they have gone to the FCA already, which we don’t know yet. Then that would be a good thing as it would mean imho that they would be paying cash for EasySend as a purchase via shares of placing would have been announced already.

This is just speculation but obviously until they make an announcement that’s all we can do.
