Adrian Hargrave, CEO of SEEEN, explains how the new funds will accelerate customer growth Watch the video here.
Smaller parts of a large order fulfilled over a period of time is my guess.
IWTO... I'm not sure it works like that ? If your annual limit is taken up, selling stocks in an ISA doesnt then free up that limit ? You would have to wait until the next years allowance I think ?
There is not always a guarantee that it will rain all the time. The sun does eventually come out to play :-)
At around 5p the whole of XTR is worth (as valued by the market) around £50m. Could a controlling stake be bought at less than what Valmin may put forward ? I know Colin doesnt think we would be taken out but could it be an outcome ? I know current shareholders who plan on holding wouldn't want that but we have no control over shares we do not hold.
porvenireal ".... But hope is for sale a lot cheaper in nearly every other explorer I can think of"
Name them. Which ones of those are you invested in ?
CE... Fwiw I totally agree with that view. I was trying to keep tabs on the previous round figure offloads to try and gauge when the overhang would clear but failed miserably. A steadily rising SP would have benefitted all shareholders now but unfortunately it is what it is. Hopefully that overhang will clear soon and we can start to see the value here reflected in the SP.
It feels like something is about to happen.
Once negotiations commence, every hole that goes into Ascot will only strengthen Colin's hand. AA will know this.
Delaying the announcement that we have 2mT is confirming in my mind we have more. I have no idea what price Colin will get for us, but I am increasingly confident that it will be well north of 20p. It wouldn't surprise me anymore if it were double that. Copper price is only going one way... the size of our copper resource is only going one way.... African revenue is only going one way. The only problem we will have is delaying returning AA's calls.... and deciding which restaurant it should be :-)
I did some calcs a short while back from the racecourse open pit and arrived at 800mt rock ranging from a 0.15% cutoff to 0.5% CuEq.
That will give us anywhere from 1.2mT to 4mT Cu. My guess is we have the 2mT Cu in the open pit. My calcs did assume the pit was extended South West. This did not include any deeper ore.
Ascot is a massive sweetener to any major interested in what we have.
I think Porvenireal is suggesting (correct me if I am wrong) that the £47m is circa the current MktCap and that is all being propped up by Bushranger hope ?
The current Mktcap is in fact supported by the reality of revenue from the African assets due any time now. Once those revenues start flowing the current Mktcap will I feel rerate higher.
Bushranger is in for free... I would put the value of that up against ANY other resource ANYWHERE !
If XTR paid a dividend to shareholders then that is tax free within an ISA. Any new holdings issued (eg Prospectore shares as the poster suggests) would not be able to be transferred into an ISA as I dont believe you can transfer shares into an ISA (hence the need to sell non ISA shares first before putting the proceeds into an ISA, if the annual allowance allows that top up).
Could get messy if XTR shares are held in an ISA is my concern. Receiving a cheque from XTR as the poster suggests would almost certainly be taxable which sort of takes the shine off planning ahead and putting XTR shares in an ISA. Of course if the XTR SP rises then the benefit would be realised then.
Surley a special dividend is the way to go as that would be tax free if the XTR shares are held in an ISA ?
Im not sure if the way proposed is beneficial to those holding XTR in an ISA. If the annual allowance is already maxed out then I'm not sure you could add the new Prospectore shares given to you in your ISA. Therefore would you not be taking the full CGT hit on any sale of the bushranger resource ?
The new year will be arriving imminently...
Happy Christmas to all readers and posters old and new.
And a prosperous New Year wouldn't go amiss !
Ella yes my understanding is that hole 35 shared a pad with hole 33, that pad being on the west side of Ascot ? Hole 33 was directed westwards and hole 35 eastwards. I believe hole 37 (in progress) has a pad to the east of Ascot but I dont know which way it is directed.
Is not Hole 37 (in progress) more to the east ?
I dont think AA would get involved in a low-ball offer until they know what they are buying. For them to know the shareholders would have to know so the market would know. Thats my way of saying it would self balance out regarding the SP ?
Does not a company's MktCap only become relevant to how much a resource is worth if they only have that one resource and project ? Surely their MktCap would reflect all their operations ?
Likewise XTR's MktCap would (or should) reflect all its Mozambique, Zambia and Bushranger projects ?
So I'm not sure how relevant other company's MktCaps are to the Bushranger value question as we don't necessarily know what the makeup of those MktCaps are ?
My calcs are just for the conceptual open pit and do not include anything we find in the SE extension and any new porphory that may be lurking under what we already have. Also it does not include anything at depth within the current conceptual open pit area. All thats for xmas 2022 :-)
