For me one of the stand outs from your post is the work in preparation for mine construction at MT is near completion and the advancing of NKT continues. Contrary to the diatribe from the negative posters on here things are happening and the BoD are trying there best to get value from these assets for shareholders.

I count myself to be in a fortunate position, like yourself. Don't get me wrong though I would like this to complete sooner rather than later so I can enjoy my rewards ( if any ) while I am still fit enough to travel. I just hope that the end result justifies the length of time this has taken. Especially as we have lost some members from this BB over the last 5 years and some of the members have lost loved ones.

30p a share would do me and give me a reasonably comfortable retirement. I am still optimistic while frustrated this is taking so long. I really feel for people on here with cash calls but am of the opinion that if they need to sell at an inopportune time then they have over invested.

There are, however those on here who you can definitely tell from the tone of their posts that are willing for this to fail spectacularly and I say to them " Shame on you "

It is interesting that they suspended all " new " business which meant they could adopt a moral high ground stance but still stay at the table for our deal. Must be a very good reason for that.

I was referring to UBS, DLA etc. we have not been told they have left the process so I assume they are still involved in attempting to facilitate a deal.

I understand where you are coming from Mac and agree that this is also the last unconsolidated palladium play which must add some value. The fact the BoD have wanted to fly under the radar, the II's wanted more shares but were denied them when they were investing tells me they saw value in this too. The big players involved and the amount of DD required to get an offer has told me there are some serious assets here with surely some great value.

While this has dragged on I have kept my faith going by re reading some of Snowman 100's posts from 4 years ago before he sadly passed away. I have been proactive recently and topped up regularly and my weighted average is now 5.36p if this goes for anything near £1 a share that would be life transforming for me. I wish nothing but the best for all genuine long term holders and hope the people on here who have sought to goad and pour scorn on the hopes and fears of genuine investors reflect on this and think hard about what it is that drives them to behave in such a manner.

All of this speculation as to what is a potentially catastrophic outcome is just as ridiculous as the speculation of £ 3.50 per share. NOBODY outside the BoD and those in the sale process knows what is happening. To suggest we take the BoD to the FCA or other regulatory bodies when we STILL don't know what is going to be the eventual outcome is total madness.

If you have over committed funds to this share and placed yourself in hardship stop blaming the BoD and other positive shareholders and go and take a look in the mirror. If you haven't then stop demonstrating the one trait of investors which takes money from the impatient and places it with the patient.

I will remain positive on this share until the end and will only judge the BoD on the eventual outcome. Jeff Bezos was roasted when Amazon shares fell and he stood in front of shareholders and told them he knew the metrics better than the market did and he was right. Anybody who feels nervous at present needs to look up Snowman100 who is sadly no longer with us. He was a very well researched investor and knew the geology of the region. I know the SMO is not helping matters and this is reflected in the current SP.

I am using this current situation as an opportunity to bring my average down further but have by no means gone balls deep in this share and feel the most vicious posters on here have made this schoolboy error and are now blaming the BoD for the position they are in rather than looking in a mirror. I have in the past also found the excited talk of Lambo this and Yacht that very distasteful and hope that when this eventually comes good that people will reflect on the experience and find something good to do with the money.

Good luck to all genuine investors and shame to those who get off on creating angst for those who are feeling compromised at the moment.

while £ 1.50 would be a life changing amount for me and very welcome even with the inclusion of dla and ubs and taking into account the length of time this has taken i feel i am not lucky enough for that to materialise.

however, i would say that with the number of shares that cs has this must be far more important to him to get this over the line than another year or so of salary. i don't think it is worth the risk of ****ing this up to be honest.

I really don't think we need to stoop quite so low. If this was only going for 25p the deal would have already been done and the money would be in your bank.

Been invested in this since Nov 2019 and I sincerely hope the reason this has taken so long to get over the line is down to the size of the deal. We will know in the fullness of time and it could be life changing for some on here.

Good morning Sandwell, great news for all LTH's yesterday but I have to say I don't agree re: Toffers.

The rubbish she puts out is absolute comedy gold and underlines my decision to stick with this share. Give the poor lass a break. Lol.

i have to say that the number of posts that appear on here, particularly the negative ones, fills me with optimism. when you look at the bulletin boards for other aim share there may be 6 or 7 posts a week but not on here. my question to the negheads is. what is it that you fear?

my thoughts are that they are positively ****ting themselves that they possibly may have missed a diamond in the coal and unfortunately besides berating themselves they are so cut up with this fact that they cannot stop themselves from spreading doubt amongst genuine holders who still feel they will be vindicated for their acumen.

I agree Beast. I am of the impression that one of the reasons this process has taken so long is the depth and complexity of the set up. I would like to think DS and the BOD had a very valid reason for doing it this way and it will be to great benefit of LTSH.

We will see but I am looking at this positively and feel the light at the end of the tunnel is getting closer.
