The problem I have with people like Toffers and his cronies is that they strike me as if they actually WANT EUA to fail. Not that they are looking out for the good of other investors and they wish to guide or advise us.

I really get the impression they would take great joy from good people losing their hard earned investment and they are waiting with glee in the hope they are going to be proved right.

If you are completely negative on every conceivable angle why the hell would you continue to hold shares?

And if you do not hold shares what are you doing wasting your time on here?

If anyone absolutely needs the money right now and has no backstop then they should stop investing because they are getting it wrong. Investing in any share should always be seen as a long term play. I will only judge the BOD on the results when the sale is over the line and the dividend is announced.

My current position is retiring at the end of September and it would be ideal but not critical if this is sold before then and dividend banked. I would rather it took another year or two and the results were right than give it all away tomorrow and repent at leisure.

It is interesting how a very well informed and positive poster feels the need to apologise for a less favourable post when actually posting facts and figures. I have enjoyed and will continue, I am sure, to follow your well thought out and concise narratives regarding EUA.
My take on this is that the grades are looking good from the recent RNS and we are making progress.

I just wish the neg heads who post their drivel would start to apologise for their lack of knowledge.

Very positive RNS to end the year and I am now hopeful we are entering the final stretch. From what has been reported regarding the grades being mined it looks like Snowman was bang on the money when he was getting excited about EUA all those years ago.
Hope all genuine EUA supporters get their just rewards and the rest can skulk off back under their rocks.

So sorry to read of your recent health challenges Ian. Keep your chin up. ( Absolutely no pun intended ) Thank you for your sterling work with the BB and keeping us genuine LTH's sane during the suspension and lockdown.
Your unswerving belief in the BOD and what we have in this great company along with my own research has helped to keep me here. The current low SP has helped me to top up to levels I never thought I would have and now we will see what the end of the year brings.

I wish you and your good lady all the very best in your current situation. The NHS and all of the people who work within are absolute miracle workers and you will be in good hands.

From the minute I invested in EUA I have seen nothing but a great company, great BOD and a fantastic opportunity. While the length of time this is taking has never made me waver in my belief that staying with this to the end game is absolutely the right thing to do I do now feel that I would like to see a satisfactory conclusion sooner rather than later.

It would be wonderful to see the good and the great on this BB, who have helped to keep me level headed and entertained during suspension and lockdown, enjoy the just rewards of their endeavours. As Les has said getting old is no fun but better than the alternative. WHEN not if this comes in we will all have the opportunity to make getting old lots of fun. It is funny how we forget we have muscles in certain parts of our bodies until we use them and then the following day we surely know they are there. This will be my only visit to the bb today as it was my birthday last Tuesday and we are off in the sunshine today and hopefully I will get spoilt rotten.
Next week will be interesting, particularly looking forward to what the BOD have to say on Thursday. Anybody spouting forth on here today while the sun is shining all I can say is what a sad waste of time. The genuine long term holders know what they have here and will not be swayed. I hope all is well with you both. Warren Buffet often says " If you can't control your emotions you can't control your money. " It is clear that the sp is very disconnected with the value of this investment. The market sees this as very high risk due to Mr P and his special operation. When all is said and done though all investing in shares is risky. As Dirty Harry once said " You have to ask yourself a question " or when investing maybe a few.
Do the BOD have skin in the game?
Has the company made progress over the time I have been invested?
Has anything changed to make me doubt this is a reasonable investment?
And finally and probably most important. Has the level to which I have exposed myself in this investment made me too emotionally attached to the outcome?
It doesn't matter if the answer to the first three questions is yes if the answer to question 4 is also yes. If people cannot put their emotions to one side and let this play out then it is time for them to sell and move on. A lot of the negative posts on here are clearly not deeply held beliefs off the back of well conducted research. Unfortunately those with an agenda have the opportunity to feed off this and it is ruining what was once a BB with some calm and incisive chat.

Sorry to hear of your health issues Ian, keep your chin up lad and let nurse Becky look after your spotty torso.

Re-EUA anybody who has doubts needs to watch the proactive interview with Dimitry from 2019. He is a serious man with a hell of a lot of skin in the game and has invested a lot of his life as well as his money in this company. When he chose UBS, DLA and WAI to help with the sales process he knew these guys don't come cheap. He also knew he had to make sure he was going to get value for money from them otherwise the rest of the BOD and the shareholders would have crucified him. It is sad to see some of the genuine LTH now losing faith before the end game. One thing I have learned from the BOD is to expect the unexpected, and they have more knowledge and expertise than Monty and the rest of the pythons put together.

I am here until the end game and by this time next week the sale of one of my renters will be concluded. If the SP is still at this level I will DEFINITELY be having a top up and NOTHING Monty or his boys have to offer is going to convince me otherwise.
