You know what shareholding the BOD have so ask yourself who hurts the most for every penny the SP drops. I feel they have been concentrating on more important things than keeping everybody happy all of the time. We all know that is an impossible task. If we wanted a BOD who were going to keep smiles on our faces all the time why not look to suggesting they take on Micky Flanagan.

For me DS and the majority of the rest of the BOD have put decades into this company and I can only say they are playing a bloody blinder at the minute.

I am confident plenty has been going on to draft up contracts and finalise negotiations. The bigger the deal the more I's to dot etc.

Seasick, 7 months is only a long time if you are being asked to hop on one leg for all of it or hold your breath. In the world of
M & A it is normal and tbh the longer it takes the bigger the deal. I am excited by the length of time this has taken and the work the BOD have been doing in the meantime.

I have never wavered in my belief of EUA and our fantastic BOD. Now they are officially mentioning EUA v2.0 this wonderful adventure can continue.

Ian and Jack, I am so sorry to read of your trials and tribulations. Life has a cruel way of dealing out the cards sometimes and it always seems to kick the good ones in the pants! Difficult to know what to say really but my thoughts are with you both.

One thing I will say is I hope when EUA comes to the conclusion we all hope for life has taught us how to behave responsibly with our new found wealth and how to respect and love our closest friends and family.

When did the BOD admit anything regarding governance. Palladium may be off the highs but the pound is now a lot weaker against USD.

I am very much with the title of this thread. The longer this goes on the bigger the sale and surely that is what we want. Opportunities like this do not come along very often and I really want the BOD to stick to DS's plan and maximise shareholder value. If this doe go into the new year and we end up with an offer that is in the stratosphere then I am sure everyone ( apart from the usual suspects ) will be happy with the outcome.
The tedious bit of waiting is having to read the dross from some posters who feel the need to be right and bad mouth the hard work of our advisors. Pathetic really.
