Just read through the tripe from yesterday. Great support for the stock from lots on here and great posts this morning from Ian and Tilly.
Here is my confession. I did my research on this stock and bought in late 2019, topped up occasionally and was happy with my investment. Was fully aware of the FSP but not the timescale and possibility of how long this may take. I confess that I began to have doubts about the possible success of this and considered top slicing to minimise my risk. I read through postings of the more educated and experienced posters on here and had a chat with my Table Tennis team captain who is a solicitor specialising in corporate law.
She said that the inclusion of DLA Piper makes this a potentially large deal and that large deals do take time to complete. I do not wish to concern anyone or imply anything but she said it has been known for M & A deals to take up to 5 years.
Following this I watched the DS interview again, read the ACF report again and read through the GMF78 data and am now taking every opportunity to keep topping up.
I would like to say to Ian, Tilly, Mac and many others a big thank you for helping to keep me on the right track with this share particularly through the suspension your unwavering support for this stock is exemplary and I seek absolution for my wobble.

Ian. Tilly, Mac and many other supportive long term and supportive short term holders. I would like to say when the bots are not here the board is a wonderful place to be. I am a really happy investor and proud to be in the company of you guys.

I would like to say regarding £1 that if we went for that I would feel we had our pockets picked. I know lots on here are after a resolution soon but for me it is more important that we get the right resolution and realise our full potential. Anybody who has followed my posts will know I have never questioned the length of time this is taking and the reason for that is I know the longer it takes the bigger the deal.

I agree Tilly, I will be 57 in July and while it would be nice for the biblical incoming very soon and a chance to cash in the dubloons I have a plan for no sale and mine ourselves. The plan is if the share price drops I will buy some more as the value of what is in the ground is not going to collapse in spite of what the bots would have us believe. Don't get me wrong I have big plans for my riches but if it turns out I have to work another 5 years to become fabulously rich instead of just rich then so be it. One thing I am sure about is I won't be bleating about it and will still be positive about this fine company.

I cannot stop myself thinking full sale and full sale only. The reason being the 9 new mines and the Rosgeo JV. The whole point of having the new area was to stop us from being boxed in and having first mover advantage to expand. Why would anyone not want to buy the whole lot and have the same advantage. I cannot see anyone being happy to face the same possibility of being similarly compromised. Or am I missing something?

I agree 100% Mac, this is bloody brilliant by the BOD. All they are doing is what they said they would do and maximise shareholder value. They explore, They find, They prove up resources, They mine and now they find more customers for what we have. Bloody brilliant.

I often sign off with my name at the bottom of posts and it has never been mentioned not once. I am always referred to as my handle of LRR. It is interesting to see the scum picking on the well respected and more informative members of the board as we get ever closer.
Ian, Tilly and both Mac's I salute you guys for the effort you have put in to keep us all entertained and informed. I cannot for the life of me think what the BB police are doing when they look at the complaints coming in and don't just say to the complainant " Invest in this great share or move on you are clogging up the board "

I would not agree in a shareholders vote to 65p or anything near it.

If you couldn't have put it better yourself it just goes to show how limited your intellect is.

Humour, camaraderie, facts and figures, updates on Septic Lil and lots of Pirate stories to keep us all going. If these guys had been around during the suspension they would appreciate how we needed this at that point.

Bloody hell Tilly, right I'll have a go.

Guy goes to the garage to pick up his top of the range Merc after a service. The mechanic shows him a golf tee he found in the boot and asks what it is. " You rest your balls on that when you are driving off" the customer duly replies.
" Blimey says the mechanic Mercedes think of everything don't they"

One of the things that is adding fuel to the bot fly's fire is the length of time this process is taking. When I feel myself falling for their tricks and becoming polarised about my investment I sit and write out the benefits of this taking so long. Some may say " What utter tosh " but it works for me.

Consider how you would feel if this process had concluded last Autumn and then you find out last Friday that the buyers had increased the resources available by 104moz. I'm not saying for one minute that I would like to see this process go on for another year but I pick out the positives and put them down on paper. It also helps to drown out the incessant chattering of idiots with no intention of doing any research in order to support their viewpoint.

Fully agree Montana and Robert. The BOD have been given this opportunity to make sure this is sold to a Russian conglomerate. These guys are VERY smart cookies and the market is not taking us higher as they either don't know how to value what we have and it's potential or they just don't believe the FSP is going to happen. The BOD have delivered good news after good news and have stuck religiously to the NDA's. Nobody has been able to second guess what has come to be and so I for one would like to say I know who's side I would like to be on and it is not that of someone who is totally blind to what a fantastic company this is.

I would also like to say to Mac, Tilly, Ian, JT and many others keep up the good work and don't let the buggers get you down.
