Charles Jillings, CEO of Utilico, energized by strong economic momentum across Latin America. Watch the video here.
A solid & confident update. I increasingly feel that Cheryl Calverley is a safe pair of hands with a clear view of the future for Eve.
So, initial drilling complete & JORC resource of this important graphite resource imminent.
The signs are good - Full steam ahead.
This little infant is looking stronger by the day. A positive move in the right direction.
The Nasdaq listing is all very fine & dandy and is unquestionably a good thing but we need to recognise that, so far as the London listing is concerned, we are now the puppet to Nasdaq's string.
And Nasdaq often ignores fundamentals to a much greater degree than London - creating highs & lows that have very little reference to the actual story. Probably because companies in the pharmaceutical space face much greater competition for investors interest & prices are driven by news & bulletin boards & individual commentators.
RNS: Cash @ 30 June 2020 £195m - Note: Market Cap £112m = Disconnect.
Of course Covid 19 has affected Galliford As it has effected most all businesses but business is now virtually back to normal - margins are now on trend - order book is increased & contracts continue to be won.
And, any infrastructure blitz will likely leave them in a sweet spot. Note also that they are strong in the north of England & Scotland.
Clear buy in my [very 'umble] opinion.
Given Huawei's almost inexorable move to pariah status [rightly or wrongly] i wonder to what extent Ethernity is an immediate & potential beneficiary.
More knowledgeable posters than i can hopefully put this into context.
Sad to say but it seems that they had to hunt around for anyone to raise money at any sort of respectable price.
Credibility has been lost & only operational performance will restore it.
The financing, done at a modest discount, now puts Infrastrata on a sound footing. The CEO has a plan & is executing it deftly.
For anybody suitably convinced my policy would be to buy the level of holding that you are comfortable with & the do a Rip Van Winkle & have a long sleep. Avoid discussion boards & the daily "noise" & there is a good chance that this becomes a nicely profitable investment.
The £4m nil cost warrants exercised by an Aegerion creditor will almost certainly hit the market [if not already]. Not sure how many of these remain to be exercised. This will hold back SP progress but is a necessary cleansing exercise.
The SP has doubled in the last week. There are positives to take from this announcement but i am not sure whether they are enough to drive it materially higher.
Many posters are making forecasts. I would prefer them to come from the company itself. Signposts are all very well & good but a bit more clarity would be welcome.
A MC of some £3.5m demands a move to post tax profits of £250K. Not sure how quickly this will occur. Note the fierce competition currently from XLN.
Now fairly priced imo.
OK Groover: You're pretty good at throwing insults around. You ask where have i come from? Sorry - is this your private board or something? You accuse me of being a "blatant ramper" although i didn't actually express an opinion.
Each scattergun post you make reveals more about you than your target.
I will stick my neck out & forecast a PBT of circa £17m for FY ending Jan 2021.
Covid worldwide challenges (& thereby fears) are far from over & opportunities from a potentially disorderly Brexit are not factored in. Also, the acquisition of Redline has fundamentally altered the structure of the company. I anticipate a share price of £1.50 to £2.00 by year end. All my own opinion of course.
So. Investrip: Perhaps you would reveal your agenda here. You don't like the company - fine. You obviously don't own any shares - fine. You state that you haven't found a way to short it, OK. And yet you devote a great deal of time posting negative stuff.
So, my question is: "What is your agenda"? Are you an angel of mercy sent by a benevolent God to save us mug punters from our folly? In which case why so selective - there are so many other companies that you could use your skills on. So i am forced to conclude that it is something personal - that you are working out, on this board, some private grudge
Fair weather ahead - for the share price the compass is firmly set to North.
With Turner Pope on the roster of advisers it would be unrealistic to expect any good outcome for PI's.
Looks like the selling may be coming to an end. There is a potentially exciting future for Eve. The trick [IMO] will be to resist taking profits as an upwards trend begins to be stablished.
Transformational deal - as simple as that.
Thanks SGD: A happy life & a happy wife is beyond price. All the best.
Hi SGD27: You obviously like to do your own research. So you might like to have a look at Nasdaq quoted ORGENESIS. There are loads of announcements to get to grips with and it is not an easy company to understand. But [a] it is cash rich & [b] if you email them then they do reply. My query was on their diabetic research & i was answered by their Chief Scientific Officer, Dr Sarah Ferber who has a considerable reputation. Their diabetic programme is ground breaking & may come to nought but it is their flagship project & would be a company maker if successful. But it is not a one trick pony as you will see.
Of course, buying an overseas stock does carry higher costs & please do diligent research. I like the quality of the institutions that they are aligned with & the breadth of their programmes. And there is nothing more satisfying that getting into a quality USA pharma at the early stages [easier said than done]. I like this company but i may, of course, be wrong.
Nasdaq quoted IMARA THERAPEUICS is currently up 7.5% on the day @ $59 = Market Cap $1.02 Billion. . ARIX 9.4% holding = Value $95.88 Million. Do the maths.
