Moulding was right all along about the short attack collusion. There created one very cheap stock made a few quid but destroyed the cury IPOs

Massive pivot in play

It's not the absolute value of the FTSE that is key here. It's the average PE multiplier value that the markets prices the FTSE earning at and that is certainly way behind.

I think so for following reasons...

1. With so little traded free float it really is tail wagging dog. The traded value of such a small free float on such small volume should have neglible bearing on the true value of the business and its not much more than a plaything for the city and a huge thon in his aide he has said he hates. Why does he bother with all the governance reporting stakeholder management etc for what is actually a huge pain in the ass for him. He doesn't need market access for any reason eg funding

2. He has given up any courting of the public PIs whatsoever.. no analyst briefing, no.good news RNS, no updates on strategy , premium listing separation etc etc. Just total silence pretty much. He's not interested. He's shut down.

3. Its steal at moment enabling him triple whammy from listing payout to acquiring back cheap to secondary earn out in 5 years
4. Hes buying back stock along with his inner circle. Hes parked up just under 30% with associated parties
5. Chairman came in with fanfair to do strategy and clean up and was promised all in 6 months but he's done nothing. Zilch apart from buy up stock
6. Golden share ticking timebomb is looming big and there is no way he will let that' lapse and risk losing control of his baby and a vulture fund coming in

I'm mot sure why he didn't snap up the Jupiter shares too instead letting them drip into the open msrket. That's a mystery to me and the only niggle I've got. ...unless it suites his next move nicely to have the shareprice so artificially low. Opinions appreciated.

I'm afraid it's going private and rather soon. I'd say Q1 is nailed on.

Shame as I think there is great value just around the corner and over next 5 years. It would multi bag as all investment done and model seems spot in in terms of right products to via right channels in right geographies with good liquidity and funding.
The MBO will have to be well.over 200p [the small free fiat is no way to extrapolate from to fair value the busineess] but 3 to 5 years out this could be well over 1000p. I'd rather long play but it will be denied to us

Agree its not gamestop in magintude but it's highly unusual to have 85% locked and probably half the free float locked so a njt far off the numbet of shorts as traded stock. The effect will be exaggerated if when longs pile in and shorts want to exit. See last few weeks 140% on a small shorts exit

It's getting even tighter as more stock gets locked away

The business is mostly orivate so when does he bother with this listing. Premium.listimg must be off the cards I can't see the point now him.and qatar are accumulating

Tech analysis is garbage by the simple fact that if it worked and they could predict the future reliably on the past and it gave an edge intonthe future over everyone they would be the richest people on the planet
