RE: THG share performance - risk reward17 Dec 2022 14:26
With a associated parties of chair, II, other board members, family, friends staff charity still doesn't look like he could get 75% at EGM
Nobody else is interested in doing a deal at close to asset strip value as the valuation is way off at moment
What happened to that Richard fella who bought 24m at last bid?
Only way i can see to drive this to a decent base to offer premium on thst gets we over 200p. Anything else would stink.
Be interested to know why canary thinks deal won't happen and what's his view on why are PIs interests being totally ignored at minute and chair is absent and totally missed first two 6 months promises...the strategy review and the governance fix. The chair isn't doing his job and fix exactly way he was brought in to do for some reason
Under 170p must be non starter as fiduciary problems start and he would be totally trashed repitationally as a man that looks after investors . That 1m security personal security bill may need to be relooked at.
I'd just rather rode this up on fundamentals which look good and do a deal in 24 even 25 at a multi pound level than feel we've been sold short
