I wouldn't consider myself a doom-sayer when it comes to PQE. I merely see it as a means to and end, and hope it can fund capex here in the not too distant future. Hard to bank on it of course, which is why I would like to see more detailed plans as you mentioned, that can convince investors to jump on board.
When they do, this SP will lift off very quickly, IMHO.

I think the M&A will probably be another field to increase the base of profitable bopd. i doubt that it will be transformational in its own right (always possible but we would need to be extremely fortunate IMHO). Instead, I think it is more likely to fall under the “means to end” category. In other words: another field to make our base business stronger, less dependable from T&T and therefore derisk the SWP project given the base business is there to provide cash to drill in the SWP

I agree. That was my only reservation about the entire AGM. I don’t think it wise to keep talking about it. M&As are too tricky to pull off. Until signed on the dotted line, many things can still go wrong.

September is going to be quite the month: start SWP, start CO2-project....even the M&A is likely to be announced around that time...better rest over the summer :-)...excitement overload at the end of next quarter.

I also like the fact that LK does listen to SH's: a lot of his presentation answers questions, frustrations, challenges raised by shareholders (including mine). He was even big enough to admit that hist quarterly communications strategy needed to be revised and he has announced a change in strategy here. Great to see a CEO who listens, and acts accordingly.

Finally.....what do we make of his red tie ?!!
