Well, the only way forward is to give them a reason to stay....usually comes in the form of a plan with short and mid term excitement (“Did I mention we need a plan here?”)

See the fish, much like trolls, have a very short memory: the start swimming from a certain point and by the time they are back at their starting point, they have forgotten they were ever there, and go “hey, this is a cool place!” And so they start their circular journey again, and again. Over again.

So you see, the analogy with trolls is very valid: judging by their posting history, they must have very short memories too, hence they post the same tosh, over, and over, and over ...again.

I can understand the company has been burned past mistakes but it feels the are going from one extreme to another. They should draw a line under the past, and do what is right in today’s world. Happy with the CPR report, happy with the progress in the last 3 months, happy to wait but all of that is good for current shareholders. The more forward looking plans are needed to attract new ones.

Still feel the company owes it to its shareholders to explain where this company is heading. Investors buy into “the promise of a bright future”. That is what people want to understand. If the company needs more time to define this, fine, but then state what it is waiting for and by when.

Surprised to see the obvious duo here is still resisting to this simple fact of life and even more surprised to see that the company hasn’t gotten to grasps with this.

The AGM was mostly an exercise of looking into the rear view window; very little insights into our promise of a (hopefully) bright future.

Not overly boiled over by the RNS. It’s “ok”, but lacks “ambition”. You could argue that they need the CPR first to than communicate and more credible plan

there probably is a more basic explanation: Q2 results will come out soon and we already know Q2 will broadly = Q1. So retrace is to be expected.

we really should be at the previous highs of 7p during the summer. That seems a fair price at today’s status. The potential here is enormous, and despite some initial setbacks we are now on track again.

So 7p this summer: than should start to see the benefits of the SWP kicking in. Throw in potential success with CO2 project, an M&A in the country we are not supposed to know about, an a looming hike in POO....and you have the perfect storm approaching. Soon the names of the trolls will be a long and distant memory, something we will tell our grandchildren about (“where they really that uneducated, daft and nasty, grandpa? What an opportunity they missed, hey!”)

loads of leaky ships on AIM for sure....quite frankly I don’t expect a significant rise before Thursday as that would mean investors are anticipating certain updates. In this case not much is known about what the key next steps are, so hard to anticipate the unknown....unless that in itself is good enough....would be too surprised, it is AIM after all: “I don’t know what they will update us on, by I reckon it will be exciting!”

What do you think is the most likely scenario for the SWP:
1) develop the field ourselves (long term)
2) Sell it to one of the majors, as soon proven reserve data demonstrates massive oil reserves

Expectations:
1. A compelling vision for the future
2. A Clear strategy that will explain how to get to (1)
3. Timed action plans to achieve (2)
4. Targets to achieve in short term

Anything less, and the CEO, needs to get sacked

Fair to say we can expect a rerate from VSA, after first successful drill in SWP
