Esco/SGreen I re-read the Jan 2020 QC collab announcement again. SEE and QC aim to streamline the Software, optical path, chip to enable quicker integration for OEMs. So this path is a ready made solution.
HAGD - I let you out for christmas. Banging on about your wife banging on doesn't really provide any balance to this board. I do extensive research ( and am aware on things not mentioned here) so the influence on me of things written here are very limited but sometimes posters put stuff up that I haven't looked into. And the posts of JC which a lot of blobs ridicule are excellent reads and provide context in where the DMS market is going. I blobbed you as your posts are neither constructive or amusing - might be just me though . Of course DYOR
Whilst Telegram has taken a lot of people from this BB it's useful to check in on both.
RE: Is GM's Super Cruise About To Upstage Telsa's Autopilot?21 Jan 2021 07:22
Good stuff Terrym, certainly GM are ramping up the fight and taking it to Tesla. And in general DMS OMS will be part of it all and our SP will reflect that accordingly.
Enjoyed the Xilinx event from CES yesterday. The implementation of our own Fovio chip can now be ported into their higher spec chips for more complex and multi tasking events.
As one of the 3 options for OEMs this puts SEE in a strong position rather than just software only.
Esco, Merc have committed to using Nvidia in a few years. Colin is showing that Chinese oems are also doing it so Merc will get what others that have committed to Nvidia. He also suggests that box makers... Make the car but not the software wont make a lot of money.
