Blencowe Resources: Aspiring to become one of the largest graphite producers in the world. Watch the video here.
Dipped a toe in today, looks promising recovery play.
Agree
Stating the obvious, there are three key things
1 2nd half results and forward order book
2 CEO Plan and activity so far
3 Court case
Did I mention luck 🤣, I suppose there is some of that too....
Thanks pageofcups, all very interesting and some positivity there after what seems like a long wait. Only came across this following subsea7 announcement last week so started looking around various locations worldwide and stumbled here on travels across boards/market. North Sea stuff steering clear of for the minute
Ended up here from looking at other oil and gas announcements. Interesting two phase development plan. 🤔 Announcement due soon you think ?
Well I see no harm in any of the speculation here. I think we all pretty much know the upside, downside any side here and it's all pretty civilised. Can be a little frustrating for news but hey always a choice you have.
You want ramping dive across to the petro matad board. It's got the lot. Don't stay down under for too long in that cesspit, but sure does make you appreciate some of the more decent B boards and PI's around..
I'm with Blue mango. I have other smaller investments which I look to trade out into this further and timing is everything. I've been adding all along as opportunities arise and more could be available, its just a balance of their risk/reward against bedding into casp which I view as a main investment hold.
Stating the obvious, the options are at a price only slightly below the current price. I wonder whether there will be any investment before these options become available, sure would be a sign of confidence and intent, get some skin in the game...
For a big fish to catch a minnow, timing is everything. Too small, why chase, tastier morsels nearer. But once the minnow grows, there comes a point worth chasing. Don't wait for the minnow to become too large to chase.
Once this minnow proves itself enough I think there are going to be some serious DD performed. If some new large predator comes along this will become very interesting.
We are not talking fish oil here... 🤣🤣🤣
I guess there are lots of factors to consider, the viscosity, pressure, temperature of varying layers at depths upto 5 km below the surface, as well as type of oil, purity etc. I guess if I could find the data then comparable fields would be better to assess the oil and likely bopd, if the weather holds up I'll be in the sun tomorrow so something to do....
I concur, I think a lot is correct. I wasn't sure if it was a little less than a lot or a little more. So how does that translate into shareprice and capitalisation target and how many square feet of island can I purchase...
I've stopped counting at 9.2k mmbls with only four zones as I think my math is wrong but as baldrick would say that's oil + oil + oil + oil + oil = some oil....and that really is some oil....
"Does your well you know, well does it flow, is it a gusher, know what I mean"
...almost poetry but certainly music to my ears....
Nudge nudge, wink wink 🙃
A very good question...plenty of cash but from what....
26 April 2011 the group entered into a two year unsecured loan facility agreement with Vertom International NV
(“Vertom”), whereby Vertom agreed to lend up to US$6 million to the Group with an associated interest of 12% per
annum. The loan was repayable out of the proceeds from subsequent farm-out arrangements or from first production
from its operating assets. On 29 September, 2011 the Company agreed with Mr Oraziman that US$9,423,493 of the
Company's indebtedness to him and companies with which he is associated be converted into 188,771,895 of new
Roxi shares at a conversion price of 3.2p per share. At 29 September 2011, out of US$9,423,493 of Company’s
indebtedness US$4,782,557 is represented by Vertom loan. The residual amount of converted loans relates to Kuat
Oraziman loan, (note 24).
As at 31
Cos they know first hand it's possible ?
Anyone got co-ordinates ?
Jtyler91, agree with you. All points reasonable both positive and cautionary negative. Its a bit of a do or die situation but seems that the BoD are putting in place and positioning well for the future.
With you too. With any new appointment, in RL or investment I expect to see a 60 day ambition programme and impact, some actual, some near term and strategic visioning if this is going to turn around. Okay the court case outcome is not quite within their full control but looks more positive than negative.
I'd would like to see some big take-up of options, or else why would I invest further. And a revised business plan backed up with a smattering of industry announcements.
60 days for me...tick tock.
The one morning I get up and don't look at bico. Lol. Nice news , 3M E803 deep. Not a sleepy Friday today....
Good point investeg, twice made. I think if I just scanned the board I might be mistaken/confused. Tricky though as people also chat, hypothesise, rumour and sometimes talk nonsense - I definitely do that when bored waiting....:-)
So a nice point made (especially as some may be breezing/skipping through these BBs).
I'm beginning to look forward to an update soon and not through anxiety but with excitement.
Agreed hayashi, works both ways doesn't it. On paper, seems to tick all boxes I was hoping to see, will be interesting when any new CEO statement comes out. The timing and content will be the thing to watch for.
