If a new contract area were awarded I'm sure it would qualify for an RNS, conversely you would have thought the handing back of a substantial part of a contractcarea would warrant the same.....

Looks like they may be returning 85% of Airshagyhl contract area back to the government. Sanitation and liquidation of explored areas, work to be done.

There really is so much lining up, the cash and regulatory approvals are the current blocker. How many oilers do you know with so many fingers in. I was gonna say pies, promising prospects....

I've not seen any evidence of a rig on the WS site from satelites up to the 31st, so unless they are hiding it under a one hectare square of course grade sandpaper, I don't think it's at site yet...but I reckon soon.

Same sentiment as you both. And post sale guess who has a very healthy cash in bank to progress on many fronts. If they partner with dubai finance there will be a rocket under activity. I think we are on the "cusp of a casp" transformation. Just get those drill bits turning and keep on doing the deals and the price will look after itself. A 1500 BOPD is going to blow this wide open.

And to complete the picture. Caspian sunrise has registered a private limited company, owned by Caspian Sunrise to register the shallows in, arrange all the transfers, set up the appropriate suppliers of people transport, waste disposal, summer fuel, pipes. Transport of oil etc for the new company called Absolute Oil Ltd. A further permit was raised to the government to ensure that the transfer of this company would not break any monopolies issues. All that's needed now is the final say so and Absolute Oil Ltd can be transfered to Absolute Resources and a large wodge transfered back the other way.

Quite simply these tenders are for acquiring related services for the operation of the BMG shallow fields

Things like removal of waste water, diesel fuel, commercial waste, transportation of oil to main pipeline. They are also accompanied with various permits registering enviromental impact under the new name of absolute oil ltd as well as land access rights fir certain access roads.

It just gives confidence that a) the deal will happen and b) it is likely very shortly as preparations/third party services are being put in place. Additionally, there are references to absolute oil ltd being wholly taken over by the main group entity Absolute Resources.

A slew of new tenders for absolute oil, more oil transportation services, a wetted vehicle and crew, etc etc. Think we are very very close now....

Yup DM and satelite shows area has been prepped, wellhead sump installed. But no obvious signs of rig assembly, but hopefully soon. Waiting for a break in cloud cover across both this area and B8 to see signs of activity.
