There’s already a 25% stake (I believe) thats ready to be paid for once all the conditions have been met. I would also not be surprised if Mitsubishi took a stake as this project working and getting to completion benefits them

Nice to see the share price still rising even with some reasonable sized sells going through which I imagine is a combination of pog, Cora share price/news and canaccord write up. Once the large seller has reached their target position and baring no bad news this should continue to rise nicely

I would say well done all new share holders, if you are long term here then you are probably down 50% if not more.

It’s good news but lacks detail regarding the next steps. Hopefully with a win from the U.K cfds and finding someone who wants to build a data centre with a tidal ppa then the company can get back to focusing on its original mission.

My concern isn’t with an equity raise more with releasing information that the market actually finds positive and increases the share price. How are we back in the 25p range?!

Yes by all means de risk dugbe but was there really nobody else that could have been brought onboard? If they can do it dugbe what’s to stop them doing it again with a better project? And is that prospect stopping ii’s investing? The deal itself is fine it’s just the partner I don’t agree with especially as you say the chance of success is low and in which case we will be required to fund it at some point.

Personally I don’t think we are going to see much movement north of 30p until lom increase and we are debt free, other news is just a stop gap

Nice to see a lot of RNS’s coming out but it does make me wonder if they are not overloading us with news to cover some of the more dubious aspects of the dugbe agreement

The other news is that offshore wind will be its own pot of cfd’s and things like tidal will get a look in as they will be a different pot of cash
