I maybe clutching at straws, however the RNS states 'Both parties shall assist in obtaining financing for the development of the Power Plant' - it doesn't preclude Power China from taking the lions share of that element, nor in fairness, does it suggest they might not and it falls equally. But surely it is not unreasonable to recognise that they bring the financial weight to the table here and GCM, having already had the 'internal relationship' will offer that in return for the financing?

Or unfortunately, was on the other end of that arrangement sadly! Oh well.
