Mickey I am of the same opinion as you .. posted earlier that I wouldn’t like to be a Newcrest director .. buy out Havieron whilst possibly giving up on further farm ins for the other GGP options .. or give GGP a great deal and benefit from further farm in options .. I am sure all contingencies will be on the table it just depends on which one suits both parties the best !

Re paying for the privilege .. I can see the reasoning behind Newcrest wanting all of Havieron, but and it’s a big but, Is that 25% going to be worth NOT getting into any farm in deals for Scally .. and the rest .. hmmm glad I am not a Newcrest director

I don’t hold GGP . Notwithstanding it will probably be one of the best discoveries in Australian history .The point I am making is that GGP is now an investment . Besides the real money is in pegging your own ground not trading stocks . Be different Ok hand

All this speculation is great but there are a few things to take into consideration ..
The value of the copper down there too.
The proximity of a Telfer which will reduce lifting costs.
The other opportunities GGP have
The price of gold.
The actual amount of gold down there.
All of these we have no idea about but I am sure GGP and Newcrest have .. it will be interesting to say the least !

If it’s the same SB who comes up on a search from Liverpool . Reading his company history I wouldn’t trust him with a piggy bank !
