This isn't about diversification either, it's pipeline results.

Yes it's good to have leads & sales pipelines like this lined up IF changi succeeds then they will also likely succeed.

My point is that if Changi fails, it's likely all these pipeline deals fall through as these airports look at Changi as the case study. The company is doing the correct thing, that doesn't remove the risk that is entirely all on Changi to get to stage 5 though.

If it fails at changi then stock price will collapse over night. It really is massively dependent on changi.

Changi is the only thing that matters for this stock:

I said 10 months ago that the market was sleeping on this one. The RyanAir deal was massive for anyone who knows anything about how much more difficult it is to scrape vs API calls when you are an OTA in terms of customer satisfaction and costs..

The buybacks are correct too. Well run company it seems now.

My view is that you should discount the cladding provisions to their NPV using the companies wacc % & minus that, along with any debts + leases & add back cash to get the Enterprise Value.

The cladding provision acts like a debt in this case. WJG is bound to pay it by law.

That said the company is still undervalued presuming that inflation falls.

Monty you keep omitting the cladding provisions in your net cash figures conviently

You can't compare M&S security to trainline.

Trainline actually has good engineers it seems. M&S and Co-op will be crap salaries and have crap devs/security.

Also the new tarrifs will probably mean they have to add that to trading update outlook which is a negative.

No good software developer goes to QA, so this doesn't make sense. QA is paid significantly less and is boring as hell.

He does NOT have the correct skillset. This company is not AI, it just calls existing AI API's probably which is 0 moat.

I can see you aren't a developer or have any experience with the industry.

I'm CTO of my own AI company, I understand that a QA engineer should not be CTO of a company. QA doesn't have the skillset.

Calling chatbot API's takes 2 mins, doing statistical analysis with big data & using open source models on those to generate meaningful results is a whole different story.

Anyway, this company is going bankrupt, noone who understands development/AI would ever invest in this crap.

I'll come back to this post again in a years time to see I'm correct.

Outlook is not good, this is due to US tariffs & advertising market I presume.
