Which is why they need large reserve cash on the books, just in case for losses.
What's funny is that Plus500 claims customer trading will be a net neutral of 0 over time, however it's pretty clear from their numbers over the years that Plus500 has made money on customer trades.
They probably claim this as it would look bad on them if they were making money off of customer trades in the news...
But it seems to me that they do make money off their customers, probably cause their customers are such retail gamblers and making poor decisions.
