As I see it, this backwater aim ... I dont think institutionals will be interested ... so if you decide to buy you're very much up against other individual PI's ... for what its worth I dont think the market / economic environment is recovering quickly enough to do anything other than maybe make this share "a little spikey for a while" at best... my average is circa 12.5p

sold 40,000 at 11.77p holding 105,000 .... Morning all, maybe theres other stuff to worry about? + it could be a good time to ask what a buyer might reasonably be willing to pay for whatever risks would be associated with holding for another 6 months or more?

many thanks ... pages 116 to 118 seem to point to 50 to 100 million in total as warrants and staff / director options ... exercisable at 5p & higher --- may be not a particularly serious matter for the SP/ Intrinsic value?

EPS accounting rules are fiddley and I dont really understand them... Dilutive stuff is included in some way, new shares from rights issues etc are included on a time in existance basis (I think), and non dilutive stuff is excluded. But the distinction between dilutive and non dilutive instruments (potential ordinary shares) is dependant on the strike price of the warrants etc and also, more importantly the share price at the balance sheet date. * For now I guess its best to assume that 50 million to 250 million?? potential ordinary shares may be out there exercisable at whatever prices? * I think the logic behind EPS accounting rules is meant to be helpfull ... but fails miserably!

Printed off a copy of the results and had a bit more of a look - feeling a tad cross! ... so much spin! * Key Numbers (IMO) are Adj EPS of 1.76p and Book value per share of 16.4p (No of shares 1,420 million excluding warrants) * *** Warrants *** I was hoping to find a clearer indication of the number of bank warrants and other options in existence ... hav'nt seen any yet (guessed previously 50 million ... could be more than double that ??). * *** Annual Report *** Page 33 section 8 seems to say the annual report will not be available until May 10th ... this document might be the one which makes the warrant picture clearer. * *** Debt / EBITDA target whinge *** I really dont see why they bothered to set a new target for themselves when they have not acheived the old one !! * *** Dealing *** Leaving limit orders as they stand but ... whatever.

Hi, yep position unchanged, but I don't count my self as one the strong (just hopefull). * I think we have the large investors to thank for the current price, since they had the conviction to pay more than double the price I would have paid for a top up at that time... not sure I'm gratefull as a cheap top up would be useful!! * I remember reading stuff (in a Hardman & Co report) a while ago saying "CAD's licences are technically challenging" and "We might not get it right straight away" + from memory Regal (RPT) had fishing problems etc. * As things stand, in the light of a further set back on the pok licence, I feel only a disposal or farm out of Pirk or Bitlyanska would stand any chance of moving the SP significantly north, unless the balance sheet is bigger than I think it is (40p?) ..
