Hi Jolly, a main market crash would be a great opportunity, Taylor Wimpy certainly looks fairly expensive (EPS circa 11p / SP £1.86) !! makes NTBR look well cheap. I can't see a crash happening imminently myself though because the cheap debt can be supplied indefinitely by those entities with printing presses. Student loans & cheap mortgages still seem popular and are setting up the young for long term indebtedness.

Dunno! ... lol ... I've just been waiting for a rights issue and hopefully a prospectus to give clarity for a sensible decision ... I might have bought too many to be able to take up all the rights, or the RI price could be higher than current SP if fully under written (v unlikely?) ... not really familiar with the numbers, but they did look scary ... big debt, high interest + pretty savage D4E ... action group looks like a loose cannon too! ... I abstained on all votes

Hi, still holding 100k shares, too many of the other 300k I used to hold were let go a little too cheaply and even worse, reinvested in IERE, so not planning on selling any below 80p. I can't help feeling a bit hostile towards management for the options schemes and just seem to remain unwilling to buy any back as a consequence (unless they fall to 28p or lower). It is nice to see the share price rallying and I hope you are doing well + good luck with the short term game here.

I think the important one is this one which shows Proxima Capital have bought a 12.5% stake in JKX ... http://www.londonstockexchange.com/exchange/news/market-news/market-news-detail/12272784.html ... The other two show Hendersons Selling from over 12% to under 5% and inform us that the results to end of 2014 will be released on 20th March .... *** *** Additional Comment *** from memory there was a big trade for circa 12.5% of JKX a couple of days ago which, from memory, struck at 38p

Sold 5k, 10k,& 20k @ 34.525p each and then 5k @ 34.54p each ... It was saying no firm quote to start with ... + Order (exp 27/03/15) set to sell 10k @ 35.5p each ... I think i still have a 5k sell order set from earlier ... holding 160k

Bought 25k @ 22.9163p each holding 200k ... RNS recently released terminating offer talks ... price crashing from 34p in reaction ... bugger?
