Hi Blue, Thanks for posting up that article, the bit about the bonds trading at a 65% discount to par is a bit worrying, but not necessarily bad enough to write off the situation totally imo. I cant see my self adding to my 10000 shares position at anything over 20p. I was hoping this might be worth a more significant bet, but increasingly I think that may be unlikely. I still feel there is some potential hope to be drawn from the fact that we have a controlling interest shareholder active in the situation. ... ok for a small punt or two at some point I guess? Hi, I think gross debt is higher than annual revenue, and I have not managed to form an opinion about profit margins going forward. That's what's making me reluctant to add to my position... Maybe this is heading into zombie land? ... 10p or worse ??

Via TD Waterhouse share dealing account ... the voting facility wasn't showing in the dealing a/c (because its kind of foreign) so I had to ring them and state that "I wanted to vote against resolutions 1 & 2 for the EGM to be held on 26th November" ... took two phone calls ... been told over the phone that its sorted now ... hope I havn't just shot my self in the foot (again)

From a share price of £10 a few years ago via a 19 for one rights issue at 2.35 pence a share last year, to a current share price of approx half a penny! ... I don't know enough about either company to say wether or not the coal miner is a good comparator to ferrexpo, in its current situation?

Personally I find the presence of a lead shareholder in control reassuring/appealing particularly in this "post risk event" environment. Where the sp seems low.

Hi, Agreed not much point in voting "yes" for voluntary liquidation without any kind of incentive.

26.9p to sell 70k ... didn't think to test a buy...

Not factored into my previous stuff ... a bit difficult to read but suggests debt maturing in April 2016 may have been paid down by $100m and partially exchanged for 10% stuff maturing 2019 ... so possibly net debt is 11p a share lower than I thought?
