Operating PBIT = 30p - 40p & guessing underlying EPS at 13p - 20p *** Debt Maturity profile ... 45% in April 2016 ... 23% in Aug 2016 ... 25% in Aug 2018 ... 7% whenever! *** 1.53 USD = 1 GBP * *** Comment *** So Net Debt could be £1.12 per share ... I think interest costs are 8% for the stuff maturing in April 2016 and 4-5% for the rest, so 10p a share per year say? ... hopefully the above numbers are reasonably correct and current with nothing too significant omitted?

REVENUE per share of 30p is my estimate for the full year to Dec 31st 2015 ... additionally while still here JKX cash generation appears to be negligible currently?? not really sure (assuming) + Bond holders can demand a slice of their money back in Feb 2016 rest matures 1 year later (from memory ... don't think its 2 ??)

From HY15 accounts... GROSS DEBT = 12p * CASH = 8p * NET DEBT = 4p * REVENUE (HY15 my estimate) = 30p * EQUITY = 98p * ***COMMENT / QUESTION *** Do they own the Skytop drilling rig which is currenty stacked + can they sell it for useful money or secure a refinancing against it?

I think I got my net debt calc wrong earlier ... from looking at note 11 to HY15 it appears to have increased from circa 3p to 4p a share in the last 6 months + Emphasis of matter to note 2 is worrying; going concern concerns! due to blocked funds and debt repayment schedules.

Hello, I have a small amount of CAD, not really interested in them at the mo ... do still follow it a bit .. GL ... JKX is getting cheaper which in theory makes them more interesting, if somewhat painful / risky.

I feel I should aknowledge the fact that the results are very good! ... still holding 100k with no intention of selling or buying any in the short-medium term ... i remember sitting for ages at sub 20p, having paid 12p thinking its ovious they are worth more and even looking helplessly at 8p for a while, which i think was when some directors loaded up.
