Not heard that term before ... does it mean non dilutive? ie disposal by major shareholder(s) rather than a capital raising? ... in which case my previous interpretation of the placing Rns is wrong ... confused, possibly relieved?

Bought 30k @ just under £1.03 ... Rns this morning ... placing done at £1.10

My take on it is that the company has or is going to nick 12% of our stuff and flog it to a bunch of spivs for an unknown price. The benefit is that it could de risk the balance sheet if the price is high enough ... the CEO owns 51% so is either buying some of the nicked stuff or surrendering controlling interest? ... guessing things could be a bit random / choppy tomorrow!

To sell 2.5k @ £1.32 £1.35 and £1.38 ... holding 72.5 k ... just read the placing Rns ... not happy about it ... a placing is a form of business failure in my view ... but the terms may be relatively benign or even beneficial?? ... it clearly warrants a bit of a dampener on expectations though ... just thinking out loud ... not sure how I will react tomorrow ... GLA
