I think it implies h2 underlying eps could be a little over 20p and therefore the full year a little over 30p ?? ... just guessing after squinting at a iron price chart for the year and saying umm err probably stuff etc...

The company was expecting a decision re the $180m arbitration thing by the end of 2016 but confirms it has not received one, and does not appear to know if and when one will ever be forthcoming?

Hi, selling half may be a good idea, though I'm not far off that as I currently hold about a third less than my maximum number of shares held previously ... rightly or wrongly I want to use a "kid gloves" rather than "broad brush strokes" approach to playing this position ... I think the company is very good and it is a share that I find easy to like. £1.50 seems like a tricky psychological barrier ... may take time to break

Hi, I've been here a while, used to hold a lot more and did ok with it ... can't remember much, but I see it as cash generation per share circa 6-8p possibly??? ... and litigation related lottery ticket which could lose upto 20p a share or make upto 60p a share! Results of the arbitration from mid 2016 are due by the end of the year, but I struggle to believe in any of that (it is mentioned in Rns released over last couple of years) ... + restructuring proposal means shareholders are unlikely to be wiped out this Feb. ... tax thing I had not considered, but another possible positive?

Orders expiring 23 Dec set to SELL 4k @ £1.55 & £1.62 ... holding 80k ... It is very tempting to stand off completely or even start buying again!! ... the rise to date has been fantastic ... and still the share price seems like it could be cheap?? ... particularly with iron where it is ($80 ish) ... we do still have the end of January to think of ... the £1.10 seller comes off the leash then and could resume selling? ... on or off market? at what price? how many shares? will there be the demand? ... how might the market react?
