RNS stating that EVRH is licensing its content to Facebook (and its VR gizmo) for 9 months. That's an oddly specific less-than-a-year license. Methinks it's a trial period to see if both businesses fit, before Facebook deciding whether or not to buy EVRH...

I guess they had moral objections to being associated with Facebook! :oD

Do you folks realise that this license of a conspicuously specific short duration looks like an opportunity for Facebook to test EVRH as a business fit before deciding whether or not to integrate it...

If the chart is any indicator, I'd say tomorrow afternoon / Friday - the time when will be crawling along the ascending resistance line. But of course it's all highly speculative!!

The license is provided by a different ministry for some weird reason: the ministry of infrastructure. I understand that license covers all activities, including those which do not require hydraulic restim.

No bothering to apply would mean he is even more putting all his eggs into the litigation basket - considering that putting all his eggs in one basket has been his major failing, I hope for all holders (I ain't one.) that he has learnt his lesson and will make the effort of keeping that other option open - obviously that (apparently not-as-corrupt) ministry could still refuse, but at least he will have made a genuine attempt.

I lost a fair bit but I have lost all trust in the BoD and the finance deal looks to be made deliberately complicated so we don't fully get what it is.

Wassatt - you were right, I should have heeded your advice and stayed away from DS's companies like the plague.

DS promised a CPR, which he's backtracked from after at least two consecutive delays. DS explicitly said that placing was a last resort and that he'd had approaches from supermajors for off-take agreements, and 1-2 weeks later we have a ginormous placing.

That does not bode well for being back to 6p any time soon, when one has lost PIs’ trust...

I wonder how many of those millions raised are used to pay the Congolese officials... no wonder a 25 year license (instead of 20) is being awarded, AAOG is probably a very good customer!

I don't think his idea was automatically bad and I made a bit of money in the past by applying that method to other shares. However, without rigorous methods to back that decision, it can be a recipe for losing money instead.

theonlywayis - this would make sense in theory but check two things:
1- the spread (as already mentioned)
2- the trend. Take a daily or 4hour candlestick chart and draw a few lines. Are you then confident that the SP will go down more than the current level? Personally I think we have just bounced off a diagonal upward resistance line... but check yourself to make your view.
