SteveE60 - check on the history of the SP when it dropped abruptly. Compare this with the RNS issued at that time. See if the reasons described are likely to be sorted soon-ish.
Then see the (other) RNSs giving the trading updates / latest results.
All of that would be a very good start.

Getting the VP / acting president to sign the paperwork? That would make sense, and is not the glorious stuff that the president would miss doing anyway.

If each "code 1" really led to an RNS, then we would have had by now:
- the confirmation of the transfer of the first tranche.
- the confirmation of the ZCDC final signatures.
- the confirmation of the full resumption of the production in Romania.

Or please can you rephrase / expand your original to clarify what you were suggesting, and what you think is the evidence of the draw-down taking place?

Jarv55 - there is no mention of warrants in the RNS confirming the signature of the loan, it talks of bonds convertible into shares. You seem to be mixing financial instruments.
And even if warrants could be issued in the process to allow the conversion of those bonds into shares, wouldn't that circumvention of the explicit lock-in period be illegal?...

I disagree, some AIM shares are easier to keep track off (although many others are a nightmare too). And L2 is no help here as it does not paint a true picture at all for AIM - hence my explicit exclusion of “advertised” spread in my last post.

The MMs are playing with the (real, not advertised) spread so the ask seems to shift wildly.

By comparing trades with each other, we still seem to have plenty more buys than sells since late morning (e.g. the last two 5m share trades are more likely to be buys), but it is certainly dispiriting to see the SP stagnant at best...

Atlas ain't stupid and funding from them is indeed not automatically bad. BMN did very well (incl. SP wise) with their loan from Atlas.

Code 1s are an invention from desperate PIs. If they want to communicate, MMs can use phones or computer, or even speak face-to-face. Why would they use a public medium?!?!

The SP has remained stable and the volume remained stable in spite of the reveal of "that" article. That bodes very well for tomorrow and beyond.
