A share mainly held by IIs is even less likely to follow business logic. That’s why we need real IIs (except for the likes of Lombard Odier / Henderson’s etc) invested. That’s why we need that research note out.

Good morning all. SP�s crawling down (vs dropping) along a slope below the 200sma now. However, everyone is expecting the grant of a permit to start some flow tests in the PL2002-1 concession in Newfoundland. Once it�s announced the permit is granted and that the flow tests have started, there will be a motivation for the merry-go-round to carry on... I am in for a trade.

The benefit of IIs buying would be a likely gradual rise, but more importantly much less volatility: future good news would be less likely to be sold into aggressively like it’s almost always happened on this share.

Nice one! I don't like the sharp rise of the RSI though, isn't that a rather negative indicator? Or is a breakout of the RSI trend a strong indicator IYO?

If "buy in" = "buy shares", no, IIs are constrained by the fact that more meetings with other IIs will take place. If that means another form of investment, it's all down to the contract / agreement between HNR and the IIs, e.g. it could be a tender process of some sort for example...
