In the RNS they said they were fully funded to continue the Operations due to the Placing, does that mean the Bamk no longer require this as support for the lending !
They knew there was a problem with the lending hence the need for the Placing, I just wonder if those that produced the Cash for the Placing were made aware of that fact ! Not a man to be trusted, and why have we had no Sales value of that produced, a complete lack of information to the Market ! and he continues to draw VAST amounts of Salary

AP is a disgrace how the hell got CEO of VAST I have no idea obviously managed to con people with all his Bull S and so it goes on fingers crossed ! Probably the Equipment from China has fallen apart and they are trying to find the parts to repair it ! There must be some one there that is competent ? Birds of a feather come together !

Absolutely, I came back from Kenya on the day before lockdown in march ! I was expecting to be tested as Addis had a screen process ! My friend told me to be calm as it could take sometime ! Well all there was at Terminal 2 was a signing telling you to self isolate if you had the symptoms no other checks quite extraordinary bt I think they thought "herd" immunity was the key !

I believe that if you invest longterm in this share you will not be disappointed , the downside is very limited and upside excellent, but if you want to trade it I would not bother !

I would tend to agree with you ! Making so much money they cannot release the figures and if they did they could be an anti Nova feeling going about making so much money from the Pandemic ! Needs carefully managing I would say ! Just getting on with the job I would suspect ! I would have thought by now things would be easing off ! But seems to be getting worse on a global scale !

Once the Bank deal is done and they have no need to come back to the Markets this should rise ! I would suggest that the Bank deal is all but done with the Funds raised hence there is no need to keep the Markets updated with Sales each month for next year ! If the Bank do not come up with the goods then we are all doooomed ! At least hopefully AP is ! You would have thought that like most companies that are looking to "stroke" investors that they would release as many RNS to encourage people to invest and give them comfort in their investment !

Let us hope that the Finance gets done and the company runs smoothly. Another reason why they do not want to give monthly Sales figures is the fact that should they miss a month the SP will not be hammered by the Markets, which they probably will on past performance !

The Placing Investors will have done their due diligence and will know more than us, and if the Bank Funding does not happen they may have a good case for fraud against the Directors. The Placing must have been in the pipline for a few weeks.

How long have they been negotiating the deal ! Surely that would have been laid down at the outset ! and AP should have informed the Shareholders ! I suspect this was a shot out of the Blue, and any ideas on how much the the long awaited shipment was for ? The Bank obviously feel that it is risky investment as why ask for it now ! I suspect the Bank itself is not as solid as he makes out could be another reason who knows he tells nothing !
All one can hope for is that this is the final hurdle, of course they may not have enough cash to pay their VAST salaries ! Very disappointed at AP as I am sure others are, the People that took part in the placing must have the inside story why do we not have it !
