I agree Marma I still suspect it is pricing dispute, they have been taking the product and paying for it but they have seen how much Nova are making and want a refund on the price agreed ! They are confident of their contractual rights hence the RNS, but when dealing with a "major" customer they wish to deal with it as amicably as possible, maybe a deal on future sales to include a refund or a reduced purchase price, not sure Nova will want to give a Cash Refund, they must have paid Nova on the Contract Price, and Nova would not have supplied on a non contractual basis, do not have much faith in lawyers generally !
In the dark but I am sure talks are "ongoing" on a friendly basis at the minute !
