Most people that post are "traders" not "investors" hence they want the share prices to be rising, with opportunities when it falls , it will not always do what you want it to, so frustrations
I am invested and I have traded this share but now I have a small holding which I shall trade a third and keep 2/3rd. The 2/3rd was paid for from previous trades.
This will in time be worth considerably more than it is today.

If he has £350000 to invest where did he get that from not Mole Catching, I would suspect
HMRC will be very interested as to where he got the money from he will also need to make sure he fills his Tax Return in correctly when he sells them. It is not something I would be publishing !

Ii is correct that they do not like money leaving the country, as there isn't any ! This would bring foreign currency in not going out in the first stage the problem then would be how do VAST get their money out ? before the Fat cats get hold of it ! Oh dear what a lovely country ruined by greed and mismanagement

I have seen the video interesting I would ignore the Zim connection for the time being as I have some knowledge of Zim, it may or may not happen but they will be keen to get foreign exchange as they have none it worse there than the Mugabe Era ! Most African states only think about tomorrow not the future ! and most African Leaders want to fill their own coffers quickly before they ousted ! please do not ask me to justify that as I would have to write a book !

Parkez was correct as to the Subscriber Shares for Crinelli so what happened to those ?
Mullis has 1,129,930 Phantom Shares and Dyer has 376643.
Phantom shares cannot exceed 10% of issued Share Capital, and will only be award 42 days after the Year end results are published and it is hoped that Phantom shares will be issued only every three years so 1st date would be 1st November 2020 being 3 years after admission to AIM or 25th June 2020, attention to detail so what happened to Crinelli Subscriber shares ?

That certainly was not in the Year end accounts " the warrants overhang has now been removed completely" this was because all the Warrant holders exercised their warrants to inject 2,400, 000 Euros to help Cash Flow
It makes no mention of Options in the Accounts at anytime.

Was it ever thus ! The poorer countries will suffer more than the richer countries and the poor people in the richer countries will suffer more that the rich and in the wealthy countries the well off will suffer more the the super rich ! and so it goes on and on. You have to have wealth creators otherwise the poor can never extract themselves from poverty, and that is Capitalism !

I am pleased more was posted on the buying of the Directors, as I have looked at the Annual Accounts in more detail and after the Directors exercised their Warrants/Options to raise money for the company earlier this year, it is stated that there is no "Warrant Overhang" for the company which is a very positive sign, and it also means that the Directors who exercised their warrants are increasing their Shareholdings, by these purchases. Not sure how long the company will be in the present ownership !

The UK has now been in lockdown a week longer than France fought in the Second World War, they also stayed at home .... and clapped out their windows ! Just a wee joke for Friday we are together tomorrow celebrating VE Day 75 years on ! there were some very brave Frenchmen
