I am not sure AVCT can fill the whole market ! But I get all your points.
I presume it will have to be approved by the FDA and WHO and other countries Drugs agencies before Sale. If the strips work immediately game changer.

I have read M M posts excellent and a great insight into what is going on not just for this horrible virus but the future of Avacta. I am though of the belief as a comparison to NCYT that as yet they have no orders or production, that was my simple question.
Do not get ahead of oneself.
People will be back at work middle of May as we cannot afford the Furlough, and then we shall see what damage this has really done, testing is the future and Avacta will be at forefront.
Some will no go back to work and if they do many it will be short term.

One poster was saying the NCYT is not as good investment as here.
I was wondering how many orders we have and how is production going.
NCYT will be producing 8 million a month and they have the orders and have approval.
Why would AVCT be a better investment.

I might stand corrected, but I believe that only 10% did not have underlying serious medical conditions, so would have mostly likely died at some point in the near future. I believe that a Vaccine could be available very shortly, but a vaccine available for the masses will take years to acheive, but as you have all said and I agree Testing testing testing is the key and will be for sometime to come plus this company is into Affirmers which is hopefully another product and targets cancers rather than pumping a concoction of drugs into the body which reduces the immune system, and makes many feel very unwell( understatement).

AVCT are valued at £70 million and are not as near as this to supplying, we are £249 million I think !
£10 a share would not be out of the question, we need to see these tests rolled out quickly with no red tape !

The Market is massive 7.5 billion, I would buy one if I could, and until we have a vaccine this is the only way forward "testing testing and more testing" Kenya has only had 6 deaths and less than 200 tested positive mainly foreign tourists and a idiot politician who came back from a conference in USA and contimated most of the ones I mention when he should have self isolated. They all have to wear face masks and are fined 5000 shillings for not wearing them and when you consider most only earn 20000 a month that is not good. Any persons that came back into the country have to go into 14 days quaratine at their own cost, international borders closed county borders are now closed a curfew is in force from from 4 in the afternoon till the following morning. Kenya is closed no planes in or out ! If only they had testing kits I had heard the Gov bought some from China and they do not work no surprise there ! The worlds major pharmas together with the minows will solve it ! Let us hope the NHS bureaucracy does not get in the way most have been promoted above the capabilities ! I should know I have all my offspring who a senior Doctors !

The reason that Novacyt were not mentioned is that most people know who AZN and GSK, but very few know who Novacyt are YET !
