RE: WOWToday 08:40
Yeah there will be plenty of trades as folk cash in. Then the bashing. Then nothing, just spiked folk to carry the can. But probably enough action for a trade.
I agree skid, takeover at this stage would disadvantage us private investors. That is the real threat to realising value from an investment perspective. Hoping it comes further down the line, 12-18 months maybe when the business is in a stronger position.
Short term, once the business exits the TSP, need to see the mechanics of any raise, cash runway and seeing a solid strategic plan to become cash generative.
Can only sit back and see what happens.

Manifesto,
Relax, you will feel a lot better for it.
Quite happy with my investment strategies thank you, good luck with yours.
Let’s see how things play out, as I have said, I know the business needs to raise and I made that point clear, just a feeling/view that it might not be straight after the GM. If it is so be it.
In terms of the raise itself, unless DL is about to dig deep in his own pockets, or has a magic wand to conjur up a cornerstone investor or two, I suspect we may well be looking at a raise that involves a subscription process to current shareholders, which means it won’t be a quick raise.
So question to you Manifesto, what are your thoughts on how the fundraise will proceed.?
Manifesto,
I know the business needs to raise.
They do not need to raise to exit the TSP as you stated, they have enough cash for that.
Not dressing anything up, just keeping things factual.
Quantam, I know you love me.!
That is a good strategy.
Happy to say I have derisked to a free ride already and I will add more at the right time.
The business has lost credibility which is a shame, as the products are excellent.
I do believe in DL, not so much the rest of the board.
Once all the dust settles, and it will, we can all enjoy better times.🤞🏻
Zag,
No worries, just giving my view.
Exiting the TSP is a key need for certainty which can be done with immediate cash available. That is priority.
I want to see good reason for the raise rather than just raising for money in the bank, what will they use it for.?
I hope it will be to provide the financial support to the Tarana deal, or other new contracts.
I also suspect there will be more than just one raise.
Personally not overly bothered about short term volatility in SP, here for the long game.
If a raise is done straight after the GM I would be a tad concerned.
Have to wait and see.
Manifesto,
That was superseded by the trading update RNS stating there is enough cash to exit the TSP, see extract below.
The Company's current cash balance is c. US$954k. This includes the proceeds of the NIS 1,000,000 short term loan from David Levi, CEO of Ethernity, details of which were announced on 26 October 2023. Under the ongoing temporary suspension of proceedings ("TSP") process, details of which were announced on 12 October 2023 (the "TSP Announcement"), the Company will be required to agree a settlement with its creditors from the commencement of the TSP. The Board anticipates that the current cash balances, together with the anticipated cash receipts due ahead of the year end (details of which were announced on 29 November 2023), will enable the Company to exit the TSP process. Notwithstanding this, the Company is considering options to raise additional funding to strengthen its balance sheet, which the Directors believe would improve the Company's ability to secure significant contracts with potential new customers.
It’s very much a case of a business having some excellent products, but sadly the business has been very poorly run to date.
Actions do appear to have been taken, reducing costs etc and there needs to be more robust management of contracts to ensure what is supplied is paid for.
The GM will ensure we can move forward, exiting the TSP is the priority, the settlement shares will be agreed as will the increased headroom which means the business having strength in finances to give assurances to customers the business can supply.
I am sure Tarana will want to see that before committing to a large order and it will be essential to gain agreements from Intel.
Not sure we will see a placing as quick as some suggest, ie straight after the GM, maybe in the next few weeks.
But if the business gets its act together, 2024 will be in DL’s words “transformative”
Personally very excited for the year ahead.
GLA
Cricket,
You will be okay, are you still on for 3.5p exit or are you pushing it out to 4p or higher.?
As per my last post, just need to let it play out, a fundamental driven rise in SP is what you need and it will come.
Keep believing. It’s a traders paradise at the moment.
Manifesto,
What makes you think I have not watched the video.
Perhaps you re in a negative state of mind, your posts suggest that, where as I am relaxed with the situation.
The GM was adjourned today and as declared in the RNS today, shareholder voting is in favour of all resolutions, that’s factual. So unless anything changes they will be passed next week.
The corporate presentation, have you seen it.? Is very informative. We know from that there is a collaboration with Intel, and we are an official partner of Intel when you look at their website, and there is plenty of information in there to give confidence in the year ahead.
Exiting the TSP will occur before the end nd of December and I suspect very swiftly after the GM.
With the increased headroom for shares, the business has a drawdown facility to raise capital when required, this can be evidenced to future customers and used appropriately and we know there will be a need in the near short term.
As for the SP, it is volatile and being traded, I have been round long enough not to worry about it. Unless you want short term gains there really is no need for hysteria about a 16% drop in current climate.
So maybe the difference between us is I am quite comfortable with matters and happy to let them play out as I foresee 2024 and beyond as being a period of substantial growth.
You are perhaps just more anxious, which also may make you appear negative but I am sure you believe in the company.
Not withstanding there is always risk, you cannot take anything for granted, but I am quite comfortable with being long and confident that give it 12-24 months, the Mcap and SP will be quite a bit higher than it had been of late.
Good luck, and try and relax.
Manifesto,
The GM was held today, now adjourned until next Thursday.
As it stands all resolutions voted on have passed, but cannot be formally passed until GM can be completed.
As for the fund raise, it is not urgent so people expecting it may end up disappointed.
The business can exit the TSP after the GM is concluded, and tht paves the way for new business agreements, and extensions of current ones.
So we may have a flurry of news before a placing, which is not what our traders want to hear.
Neil, it’s no problem for me, I am sat comfortable with my free ride and will be holding long, adding where I can.
Good luck to you and everyone that follows your advice, or others that are just trying to do the same. I am sure you will make a few pounds and I am sure others will lose because they get their timing wrong. That’s the trading game.
You may be right with your short term price prediction, you may be wrong That’s the risk of trading.
Good luck, hope it works for you.
