We may also see some collateral SP benefit as new investors become aware of SAR and the potential of 1802 if any deal receives media coverage. Well we now have 737 back and I like to be an optimist. So on that note my hope is the Parker was invited to San Fran by our partners in 737 to talk jointly to interested parties and from that we will have lined up a potential agreement(s) based upon the returned data meeting predetermined expectations. In my scenario the data exceeded the expectations and the heads of terms need further negotiation (the delay of the last few weeks). Today for me sets the scene for an announcement shortly on 737s future, the BOD can as they say concentrate on 1801 and 1802 because their involvement in 737 is over once the other party execute the deal for which negotiation has now been completed. So in my scenario a second RNS as soon as the deal itself is signed. GLA

I suspect most have priced in the return but did also expect a rise and then some FOMO buying as a further update could drop at anytime. Looking forward now the next 737 news and hope this is SOGs buyout by a major pharma, a one time dividend would be a pleasant start to the next tax year. GLA

Aber, I choose to believe that they are waiting as there will be positive news, if negative I think we would get an immediate RNS eg the Friday ALT3 return news in my experience companies release material news as soon as possible GLA

Looking forward to this week, news is coming, hopefully soon, at worst half year results but at sometime soon 737 and CTA, GLA

This is a high risk investment, however the company continues to make progress, often slowly but this is a small biotech doing great things and steadily passing key milestones and overtime is reducing the risk. The potential reward is huge and there is no certainty around when news will drop. I do hope we are entering the sunlit uplands and I am sure the BOD are doing all they can to get there. The AGM was positive you could hear the excitement in both the voices and the language used. I choose to believe this is because this year will be another major step forward. The CTA will eventually be resolved, 737 will be taken forward and 1802 will be moved into CTA in my opinion. These events will create deals and my hope is that it is here that PH will earn their fees helping SAR get the best possible deal for shareholders. GLA

I like positivity, even without news, with the exception of Parker's small buy (that was derided by some on this board), the SP has had a decent rally and is showing some resilience. IMO this is entirely understandable, news is due on several fronts and it can drop at any time. Tuesday's is a favoured SAR news day so roll on tomorrow and let's see what the coming days and weeks bring, I fully expect to have several pieces of news by the end of Q1 and then look forward to a deal either whilst in clinic for 1801 or after the results, I personally think it will be while in clinic before the price rises. Then we have the added bonus of a new deal for 737 coming into play and hopefully some news on progression of 1802 into trials. I am looking forward to the remainder of H1 and will be hanging onto my holding until the newsflow drops. GLA

The 5,000+ buys continue, will our next RNS perhaps be a TR1 dropping before the CTA or 737 news. Some steady SP growth in advance of the coming RNS flow is very welcome, GLA

Some decent size buys going through bodes well for next week

Would obviously love it to be true but my money is on poor control and as Potnak suggests an error on the website. However fully agree with other posters that in an 8 week window I feel we will know where the land lies. An update on 1801 CTA must be imminent either in the UK or one of the other territories suggest by SAR. 737 is the wild card that could surface at anytime in the next couple of months. The waiting is frustrating but let's hope good things come to those that wait and that the multiple 2 buys are a signal for a Gap up on news. GLA

Idly wasting time waiting for some real news from SAR leaves me thinking about and envisaging motives for various actions. For example the GSK decision on 737 when so much evidence suggests it is a great opportunity and when we believe other partners are looking to progress. Could GSK have decided to return 737 to mitigate/protect themselves against SO shareholder action in the US for paying below market value? With 737 returned they are only benefitting from momo and can tell any court that was the asset they wanted and they assigned no value to 737. A successful 737 would have made for an uncomfortable time in a court. With it returned the risk of the deal veing viewed as underpriced and an unpleasant court outcome reduced. Pure imagination based on no actual evidence or knowledge but a theory that appeals to me. Hopefully real news will land shortly, GLA

From memory of recent years I do not remember Parker going to this event. He is not presenting, we don't have the muscle to be a Buyer ourselves, therefore the only logically conclusion I can reach is that it is a convenient opportunity to meet various partners (perhaps the 737 queue from the AGM comment or 1801 interested parties), I am certain meetings will have been pre-arranged and that Parker is working to the published strategy for SAR, he probably would already like to be in clinic with 1801 but will have to stick with the conference timings. This visit is great news for SAR and I am sure will feed into news flow in the coming months. GLA

Great to see a positive first morning of trading in 23. 2022 was disappointing for the SP, but we are 12 months further forward and closer than ever to key stage gates being achieved. I look forward to going into CTA on 1801, whether in the UK, Europe or elsewhere, I expect a relicence of 737 generating income that I hope to see used to take 1802 into clinic, once in CTA I feel we will see an 1801 licence quickly crystallising and I always still see hope of a TO. I'm really looking forward to what we will see in 2023 and I will only sell when we get certainty on these events. This is high risk investment with potentially fantastic rewards and I will either be very happy or will live with a loss. For me though we are hugely derisked across the years and I believe this is just a waiting game to achieve significant value release.

Yes very happy on this occasion to see a Director buy, shows confidence, although our negative friends will shortly tell us to despair as we cannot be in a closed period with Director buys, but for me shows CTA and 737 confidence

I was really pleased with the AGM, I had hoped for positive news before, but feel the tone of the board was the most confident and upbeat I had heard. Felt this was a great AGM it reinforced my decision to keep holding, lots of positive reinforcement particularly around 737, I for one am a happy bunny GLA

Hope to see an RNS tomorrow with some news before we get the AGM RNS that will have to come out. Clarification or a robust update would be welcome. Will be disappointed if the AGM has been scheduled without some material comes beforehand, but will continue to hold as I do continue to trust the science. GLA

Waiting eagerly for next week to be over, personally feel that there will be news RNS next and hope it is positve. However even if we only get the AGM statement I will not be selling, we still have molecules with great potential and I still believe this will move upwarda and I still personally believe PH were engaged to support negotiations for a deal. As Potnak said in his posts why is the AGM at their offices, it could just be because they offer this service to customers or not. An interesting week ahead. GLA
