Blubay - I've checked it on Yahoo finance and IG. Trading View also, but it only takes me to 3pm on the volume bars. I asked a question on here a few weeks ago about late reported trades. I understood that they could be delayed by 90 minutes only, and therefore were an accurate reflection of that day's trading at least. However, a poster on here corrected me and and said that MM had up to 4 days to report large trades. Referenced their answer as well.

I don't really understand these late trades work and how they are captured on charts, hence why I am asking. For example, the volume for the last two hours of trading on my chart is less than 1.25 million each. The volume from 4pm, for example, is only 800k. So this late reported trade at 16:27 for 1.25 million, where is it actually captured, or does the chart get updated tomorrow because it was late reported?

Blubay - I asked because they are late reported trades. How is the actual and final time print determined on such trades?

Market for juniors is terrible right now - many describing it as the worst its ever been. Carnage and share price decimation in most of the sector.

Are we sure they are buys and if so why?

Are you sure they are sells, because over on the He1 bb they are putting them down as buys? Important to get things like this right, because its the large trades that you want to follow, and they are usually a more reliable indication of what's to come than the smaller retailer trades that people comment on throughout the day imo.

Cut out all the noise and nonsense, and it boils down to the following:

Based on past and current performance here, which of the following is likely to come first:

A. The next placing, or

B. External and non dilutive financing?

If you think A, then avoid this at all costs. If you think B, then enter at all costs.

Based on past performance and today's RNS, I have no doubt in my mind that it will be A (again). Therefore, I wouldn't touch this until the equation clearly and unequivocally shifts in favour of it being B (if that time will ever come, which I very much doubt).

I still can't believe these words actually appeared in the RNS. Totally inappropriate and insulting when you consider that the only trajectory that really matters is the share price, and that's been decimated almost to near oblivion. Does she have the chart upside down or something? All imo and dyor

And if you want to know how I post on shares that I AM invested in, here's one I prepared earlier:

"I'm down 69%. Not a massive position, but it's still far too much of a % to just take the hit on. I'm not optimistic about getting back to breakeven any time soon either via the share price. That will need a bull market in this sector, and at the moment, there's no sign of that happening soon. Best I can hope for is to trade it at these levels and get to breakeven that way. But even that is difficult in this current market, where companies like POW are seen as mutton dressed as lamb."

Whether invested or uninvested, I try not to shy away from the negatives. It's actually pointless, because if you're thinking it and hiding it, the chances are that the rest of the market is nonetheless still seeing it and reacting to it. Especially this brutal market, which is taking no prisoners. All imo and dyor

It's really not that difficult to work out. Problem is, most of you are so emotionally charged and not even bothering to read what I post. I'm an ex LTH here. I post because naturally I want to see how it all plays out. I don't believe in the fundamentals or the integrity of the company when it comes to reporting of results, hence I don't want to get in before results, regardless of share price in the meantime, because I regard it as the highest point of risk since Tai 1 went south. But if the results are positive, then I will look to back in if the opportunity is right for me.

Yes, this is a negative outlook, but its my genuinely held and hence consistent outlook. If I was looking for cheap entry and to "accumulate", then I have had AMPLE opportunity to take it in recent weeks. How the hell would I know that it would fall to these levels? Yesterday I was being quoted under 5p - not interested. Today I have not even bothered checking so far - as not interested.

I really don't see what is difficult to comprehend about this stance, and why so much negative comment has to be directed towards it. I am but one market participant amongst thousands. Who cares what I think but myself. We are all adults and responsible for ourselves, and we can choose who to agree with and who to disagree with. It's not an exercise in synchronised swimming! Lol - read it all now. I'm being called out by "Profit Jock" because he's recently entered trade is not working out as he had hoped. If you've entered into a flag pattern in a downtrend Jock, then go back and study the basics. Another one that can't take responsibility for their own flawed analysis and decision making, and whose previous confidence and conviction has barely lasted 24 hours it seems! All imo and dyor

Add ORCP (and possibly also ECR) to the list. In fact, forward sold placings have become the norm, as we experienced here as well recently. Isn't that a form of insider trading, but it goes on as standard practice. Another dubious outfit, but main market, is GCAT.

So much seems to be stacked against the retail investor and its not even a fair fight, because of things like the above. You can make the correct calls and spot sound looking fundamentals, but they turn out to be incorrect calls, because of antics or unknowns, rather than something that is directly down to your own flawed thinking.

AIM is very treacherous at the best of times. But I guess if you decide to go into a lawless and unregulated casino, you shouldn't expect to encounter the rules and etiquettes of a monastery. All imo and dyor

Herdie - another good post. Totally agree about AIM's descent to the bottom, sadly all sorts of antics going on right now at the expense of retail investors. The scary thing is that the players in the market are calling for less regulation (and are likely to get it) because London is losing ground to the other markets, especially the US, for new listings and for raising capital.

PP - do you trade patterns? If so, can I get your view on whether He1's chart is currently showing a bear flag pattern?

Totally agree Herdie - have a strategy and then stick to it! But make sure the strategy is one that you have properly and rationally thought through, and have considered what you will do if you are wrong, and not just your profit target if you are right. Too many on here don't have real conviction in their strategy and are simply pretending they do, which is why they get rattled by the share price movements, and also take exception to posters that hold a different view. All imo

Skippys - whether you believe it or not, I can assure you that I am 100% NOT accumulating He1 shares. I post what I think and act on what I post in terms of my own holding. I have been posting for a few weeks now that the wisest course of action is to just wait for results, and that is exactly what I am doing. Moreover, I don't have strong belief in the fundamentals here and am not expecting a positive outcome at Tai - but equally I am not ruling it out completely either.

This will remain my position now whether the share price goes down further, or bounces back up, before results are out. I'm trying to be more disciplined and not get caught up in fomo and knee jerk trading decisions. Not always easy that but so far I have managed to stick to my approach. GLA

Fair enough Bahria and my apologies in that case. Sorry to hear about the losses. You won't make them up here I'm afraid and I wouldn't put any more faith or cash into this dog share if I were you. It really is throwing good money after bad, and there are better ways of losing cash than funding the lifestyle of this lot. All imo and dyor
