I agree with the earlier poster that they will need to re-organise the shares, if they wish to issue shares below 5p. I think it's called subdivision (where you multiply the shares by X, and then divide the nominal value by X), and will need a special resolution, unless already provided for in the company's articles/prospectus. But not sure as not come across this situation before.

If they don't get the drilling permit, and don't have authority to re-organise/subdivide, then it would not surprise me if they add another resolution before the AGM to allow for the above. But let's see!

No point buying this now before any raise imho. Even if the price goes up to 6p or 7p for example, which seems unlikely right now, you then lose out on those shares if there is then a placing at 5p. But what if it falls to the lows of 3.9p - you then risk a placing at 3p.

What if DEMIRS ask for more information, as keeps on happening it seems.

Last time it fell to this level (in January), it took 3 days to get to this point. This time, it has fallen the same amount in a couple of hours and on high volume.

With no formal drilling approval and 0.43million according to the AFR, is this heading for new all time lows below 3.9p? All imo and dyor

I wasn't planning on adding any more, but now looking to free up some funds to do so. Wondering whether to wait for the RNS, but suspect I will end up paying a premium. But at least the forward plan will be clear by then? Decisions, decisions....

Only negative was not ruling out another raise. There's been too much dilution already and we already have a lot of warrants to clear.

3.92 is the all time low. At the moment, looks like it's headed for that.

Might need to add another resolution to the AGM notice at this rate to reorganise the shares.

Looks like OMI have decided, quite sensibly, to declare MRE for both PEPAS and ANZA. I couldn't understand the previous decision not to do so, as the MRE will underpin value. Imagine a figure of 2.8 million ounces, with half of that coming from PEPAS, and being near term developed at the same time.

If this is the plan they announce + drilling at El Pantano, then we are sitting on a real bargain here.

Yes, but without the drilling permit, it's going to be difficult to persuade placing 'investors' to part with their cash, so they might not have had any choice. Therefore, the BOD might need to inject more cash into the company. But isn't one of them a former bankruptee, so do they even have the resources to put more in and pay for the site costs, long lead items and then the drilling? I doubt it.

Very much looks like a placing at 5p incoming at GEX. More delay over permit as well.
