Do we think Uganda aligning itself with BRICS is going to be a problem or an opportunity? The (shifting) geopolitics is making me unsure who Bres should partner with here tbh.

With all the newsflow coming up, it's virtually certain that this is going back into double figures. Hence, there's a pretty easy one bag to be made here at least from this level. As soon as the RNS lands - next week? - with all the sellers squeezed out, it should be a pretty instant and quick move back up.

Surprised more of the herd haven't arrived to take what will be a reasonably quick and easy near 100% trade from these levels.

Prospectus lists the warrants at page 46. Can't find any reference to any warrants below 4p. If below 4p, could they be historical warrants or options of some sort, but even then, you would expect them to be listed?

A really wide spread as well, meaning if you buy at the Ask, you are instantly down a hefty chunk. Fluff RNS hasn't worked and despite the almost childishly desperate ramping from Silverpompous, this is heading to 4p imho.

I listened to this again. In relation to raising money, he states that if this is needed ("probably") it will be through warrants being exercised. You would expect all of the cheaper warrants to be exercised at least, which should then bring in enough cash to see Bres through to OC funding. Or if not, only a modest amount of funds being needed, which more than likely might even come from BOD/insti investors. I think the days of low ball placing are over, simply because of the catalysts and inflection point coming up.

I think, or hope, that Bres is now stirring into life and starting to make its way up. Currently on the verge of breaking out from this 4p range.

Worthing noting and indeed good to see Bres still maintaining in these slides that the DFS will be completed in H2 of 2025.

No way i'm buying GEX, only to risk being 30% down straightaway by getting caught up in a placing. The BOD are being paid as consultants and won't be doing this for free, plus getting millions of free shares.

Great company? I don't think so. It's been non stop delay after delay, and now run out of cash by the looks of it. At the moment, my guess is that they can't even raise the cash needed, because they don't have any drilling permit, so placees are not going to give them the millions needed without that approval. So they are desperately trying to keep the share price above the 5p value, to avoid having to do a re-organisation, by issuing fluff RNS.

You can see the volume has died right down. Few want to get caught out by the massive fundraise coming up here post AGM imho. DYOR

This will bleed down in coming days and weeks. Who wants to buy ahead of a likely massively discounted placing. If anything close to £7 million that is going to be major dilution.

BOD have had a lot of shares for free. So they are quids in regardless of where the share price ends up. Plus all their remuneration/salaries etc.

The drill is months away assuming they get the permit. They need to raise cash first. Then order long lead items and hire drilling contractors. None of this can start until after the AGM. So looking at Q4.

I agree with the earlier poster that they will need to re-organise the shares, if they wish to issue shares below 5p. I think it's called subdivision (where you multiply the shares by X, and then divide the nominal value by X), and will need a special resolution, unless already provided for in the company's articles/prospectus. But not sure as not come across this situation before.

If they don't get the drilling permit, and don't have authority to re-organise/subdivide, then it would not surprise me if they add another resolution before the AGM to allow for the above. But let's see!

No point buying this now before any raise imho. Even if the price goes up to 6p or 7p for example, which seems unlikely right now, you then lose out on those shares if there is then a placing at 5p. But what if it falls to the lows of 3.9p - you then risk a placing at 3p.

What if DEMIRS ask for more information, as keeps on happening it seems.

Last time it fell to this level (in January), it took 3 days to get to this point. This time, it has fallen the same amount in a couple of hours and on high volume.

With no formal drilling approval and 0.43million according to the AFR, is this heading for new all time lows below 3.9p? All imo and dyor
