Even companies that have more than 0.43m use forthcoming drilling programme as an opportunity to raise. All the other Helium companies have raised during drills. In fact, HE1 and HEX both raised more than once during the same period of drilling!

I don't see why GEX will be any different. It's simply a question of exactly when and at what price.

I also felt that this was MR's way of telling us by inference that the DFS is going to be delayed, hence why I have been saying that it could take until Q1 2026. I would be very disappointed if it runs beyond that though. With drilling only having just been completed, the final assays will need to be dispatched, tested and then results fed into the JORC. I would say at least 3 months from now for completion of the JORC? Then it all needs to be fed into the DFS, alongside the remaining workstreams. Not impossible for all this to be done in the next 5 months, but much will depend on how quickly assays results will take. But BRES always seem to miss targets rather than come in well within them! So i'm going to proceed on the basis that it will be Q1 2026, and any earlier than that will be a welcome bonus.

More importantly, there is a part of me that is hoping that Bres do not drip feed the assay results to the market. I would prefer fewer but much more impactful drill results. Having them every couple of weeks is likely to dilute their impact. All imo and dyor

Selling volume and downswings are reducing, with some large buying in between. This might indicate that this is bottoming out. Looking out for a large green candle to appear to signal the bottom is in and a reversal.

Irrespective, I'm going to continue adding into the share consolidation at the end of the month, as I suspect following that, TIR will gain the most traction. If it climbs back up towards 0.5p before the share consolidation comes into effect, then we will be looking at major gains to come here thereafter.

Dai - I’ve asked that question on here several times. However despite the rampers saying “fully funded” all the time and attacking anyone who suggests otherwise, they can’t point to any recent interview where Hamilton has said “fully funded”. There are lots from 2024 though!

Going OTC seems to be a bit of trend with these stocks, so sure TIR will follow.

Best to build a decent stake going into the consolidation. Will pay a premium afterwards, as the stock will likely move with greater speed with less shares in issue.

Excellent news about share consolidation and change of name. Having far fewer shares will help the share price momentum! The number of shares in issue was one of the negatives here for me.

It was difficult to buy with IG earlier today. Seems okay now. I think there's very little stock available at these prices and it is drying up, hence why it sometimes goes to NT/difficult to buy even on IG.

Stamford - I totally agree with your 11:20 post. You have nailed it. It's been non stop shifting sands from GEX, with the goal posts moved all around the pitch! It's either all legit and unlucky as you say, or it's a sham waiting for the lights to go out. We all have to make our own informed decision about which it is. But for me, too many red flags to touch this before a raise and/or before that formal drilling approval.

But each to their own. Good luck with whatever you decide to do - but just don't listen to Silverpompous in forming your view. It's all bs and bluster.

Just look how desperate Silverpompous's posts are. Very erratic and almost bordering on panic. Scored an own goal in pretending to have filtered me, but now commenting to every so called 'green box'.

It's all pointless, the share is suspended. Will it relist with a placing? If it does, at what discount. If it doesn't, will there be a rush for the exit door because of that scary AFR, and fears of an imminent placing?

Stamford - I totally agree with you, the risks have to be weighed up. For me, the figures (i.e. evidence) in the AFR is pretty clear. You also have to use some common sense and ask yourself why a company that last raised a year ago, won't need to raise again now. Especially as they have been delayed by 6 months and counting for the drill, during which time they have had to incur extra costs. You also have to ask why Hamilton has stopped saying "fully funded" when he used to boast about that all the time in 2024.

Anyway, as a non holder, I don't need to worry. If a raise is needed, it will happen. Nothing others say can alter this fact. So it's a case of wait for confirmation for me.

Where are they included in the balance sheet? Be specific, because we have been specific about where it says £1.2 million and £0.43m.

1) Where does it say this in the AFR?

2) When was the last time that Hamilton is on record as saying fully funded?

These are simple questions, why can't you answer them?

Stamford - he can't explain it. If he is claiming that it was £1.2 million before the £5 million raise, then here are some simple questions for him to answer. But he won't answer them because he can't. He will just resort to abuse and attack. The questions are:

1) Where does it say that GEX had £1.2 million BEFORE they went on to raise £5 million in Summer 2024?

2) If the £5 million raise in Summer 2024 "followed" on from the £1.2 million, then why does the AFR report say that by period end on 31 January 2025, GEX only had £1.2 million.

3) Likewise, why does the AFR say that by 31 May, cash reserves were only £0.43m.

Isn't is more likely, indeed obvious, that what the AFR is saying is that GEX raised £5 million in Summer 2024, which went down to £1.2 million by January 2025, and which went down to 0.43m by 31 May?

The share is suspended so there is no point in anyone trying to ramp or de-ramp the stock. Everyone can read the AFR and make up their own minds as to whether or not a raise is needed to re-enter Hussar. Nothing anyone posts on here is going to alter the share price (suspended) or whether or not a raise is neede. So best for everyone to wait to see what happens.

"If" it is needed, I do think its best for GEX to announce it straightaway, because every share struggles if the market gets wind of a placing and ends up spooked by it. Usually there's a rush for the exit door. But if it is NOT needed, then the sooner Hamilton confirms this, the better all round. When was the last time he actually said "fully funded"? He used to say it in almost every interview in 2024, but has stopped saying it in 2025? So it would be good if he could confirm fully funded in the next RNS/interview.

Seingred - it does get very irritating to have to read about your trading prowess. Yes, most of it, on OMI at least, tends to be hindsight/after the event. Hardly any calls are made before the event, it's usually always after. You don't see any of us with genuinely low averages boast about our holdings/profit, even when this hit 14p to 15p. I've never actually mentioned my average at all I don't think, as I have no egotistical need to try to impress a bunch of strangers on a bb. But YOU do seem to have this rather childish need for validation all the time. However, nothing you have written merits being stalked/attacked on a bb.

It's a shame, because away from the pointless boasting/point scoring, I have often 'enjoyed' your posts and you make some good points. If it wasn't for boasting, you would be one of the better posters on here. Hopefully we can have more of that from you, and leave the trading exploits to one side. Anyway, I do hope you do really well with your trades here, and elsewhere.

Difficult to buy even on IG - think there's high demand for shares at these lows in anticipation of a big reversal. But managed to grab some more by persisting.

The problem is that it’s hard to see anything other than pump and dump action when you know the next raise is only around the corner. How do you make money holding such a stock. You have to do a quick swing trade in between the raises.

Clumsy wording by me (and should maybe have said process/refine), but I’m sure folk know what I was referring to in terms of MR’s comments about the Chinese and what can and can’t be done without their knowhow.
