The share price is where it is because investors see no long terms strategy for this business as a result of the leadership is ineffective.

Management continues to take their big salaries and shareholder, us lot, that own the business see no benefits in divis or capital appreciation.

The director shave no skin in the game, they could have put their hands in their pockets like we did, but no, they grow fat on all the free shares they get for their rubbish performance. That's the problem with their LTIPS.

Looks extremely positive to me. Share buy backs an interesting idea, although given abilities of management, rather they acquired another cash accretive business.

I reckon the 33% sale was a good thing. Yes, we all wanted more, but it gives them a bit of cash and lowers the downside risk.

Personally, I would like to see a more radical refocus, but as a starter for 10 it might stick a floor under the share price.

Don't get me wrong, i'd sack the clowns in charge, but its better than the staus quo. Thats the way i see it.
